  I wish I could give 0 stars. We had water damage and were recommended to have this company come and restore our basement. When Josh Bales arrived, he assured us that we would be approved because of the type of water issue. He also stated he would help us with insurance navigation. He did not help us at all. Our insurance claim was denied. We are currently having the insurance re-evaluate as they got something wrong in the notes. SO.... now Restopros has sent me to collections without offering me a payment plan. Even though he said that was something they did too. Now I have someone calling me named Adam Jones and have no idea who he is. He never explained. I thought he was with Restopros. My insurance told me he is with collections. Adam Jones has been threatening me with a lien on my house and potentially losing the home completely. He even called my ex husband and harassed him, who has nothing to do with the house. In addition, they took things that shouldn't have been taken and took out things that didn't need to be removed. They left our basement a mess and I'm still trying to find things. Needless to say, we are very disappointed. (Our insurance is still working on whether or not this will be approved. Hopefully it is so Restopros will get off our backs.)

  I highly recommend RestoPros! They responded quickly to a water cleanup/ mitigation situation that occurred in the overnight hours. Skyler and his team members were professional, thorough, diligent, and courteous. An excellent customer service experience!

  Horrible service. Did not complete the job to my satisfaction. Backed up my bathtub drain and I had to hire a plumber. We had an additional company come to complete the job properly.

  Great company! Dried out, cleaned, and did mold remediation in our basement. The staff was efficient, friendly, timely, and knowledgeable throughout the process. Quality service and advice.We are very pleased with the results. Definitely would recommend and call again in the future.

  I cannot recommend RestoPros highly enough for water mitigation services. From the very beginning, their team was responsive, professional, and incredibly efficient. What stood out most, however, was the level of compassion and understanding they showed toward my family throughout the entire process. I have a child with special needs, and having crews in and out of our home for several days could have been extremely stressful. Instead, every single employee who entered our home was respectful, patient, and mindful of our situation. They took the time to make us feel comfortable and safe, which made a difficult experience much more manageable. The communication was excellent from start to finish. Josh was especially helpful, he explained each step of the process in a way that was easy to understand, answered every question thoroughly, and never made us feel rushed or overwhelmed. For those who have never gone through water damage or mitigation before, that kind of guidance is invaluable. Beyond the mitigation work itself, Josh also provided very helpful recommendations for the next stages of restoration and repair, helping our family navigate what can be a very confusing and stressful situation. His knowledge, transparency, and willingness to help went far beyond what I expected. If you’re looking for a company that combines expertise, professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care for the families they serve, RestoPros is an outstanding choice. We are incredibly grateful for the entire team’s hard work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone facing water damage in their home.
