I had a great experience from start to finish. Lee was fantastic—he took the time to thoroughly explain all of the duct cleaning services that were available and answered all of my questions. What I appreciated most was his honesty. Instead of trying to upsell me on services I didn't need, he recommended only what was actually necessary, which made me feel confident that I was getting the right service.
Matthew did an excellent job with the duct cleaning itself. Before getting started, he used a camera to inspect the ducts and make sure there wasn't any possible mold present. He explained the entire process, was extremely knowledgeable, and worked professionally from beginning to end. It was clear that he takes pride in doing the job right.
The whole experience was smooth, honest, and professional. It's refreshing to work with a team that values transparency, quality work, and customer satisfaction over selling unnecessary services. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for duct cleaning services—you'll be in great hands with Lee and Matthew!

He was a very nice gentleman, but he clearly was trying to upsell me and that is not okay. I’m assuming he must be commissioned base. I had water leaking into my neighbor beneath me’s condo. He tried to tell me I’m running low on refrigerant yet I’m having absolutely zero issues with the quality of ac. It was leaking and that was it. I had no pipes freezing, my ac was turning on and off as it should be, my energy bills have remained the same price, my ac had no issues keeping up. I told him I would get a second opinion and had another company come out and my issue was a clogged condensate line which I asked him about initially. I also had a bunch of residue build up on my outer ac which is wild because he was out there and never mentioned it because he was more worried about non existent refrigerant issues. So thankful I got a second opinion which cost me a grand total of 187$. It’s absolutely criminal to be upselling people in this economy. Please stay away from bigger hvac shops because they have a history of doing these things.

Let me say the techs were fine but the company overall not so much. I was told I was going to be charged $ 99 for a diagnostic fee for an AC duct issue. Fine no problem. Well turns out that diagnostic fee is actually a dispatch fee. That just gets them to your door and ring the doorbell. Then they say it will be another $249 to stick a camera in the vent. So a total of $349 to stick a camera 10 ft into the vent. If you go with this company just know your $100 in just to get them to your door.

I’ve had good experiences with Extreme Heating & Air in the past, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Whether it’s due to staff turnover, a change in management, or a different incentive structure, something seems to have changed.
We called Extreme Heating & Air to diagnose an issue with our partially functioning commercial HVAC system. After their technician inspected it, we were told the system needed approximately $10,000 in repairs. The technician also unnecessarily decided to leave the unit off, leaving our employees without air conditioning.
Because of the size of the estimate, we decided to get a second opinion. Another HVAC company diagnosed the same system, completed the necessary repairs for under $1,000, and told us there was no reason the unit needed to be shut down in the meantime.
From my perspective, this was extremely frustrating. We were presented with a repair estimate that was roughly $9,000 higher than what was ultimately required, and our employees had to work without air conditioning when the system could have remained operational.
I understand that different technicians can have different opinions, but this wasn’t a small difference in judgment—it was a dramatic difference in both diagnosis and cost. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing any major repairs.
