  Aaron-Andrews came today and pumped out my septic tank. I am a repeat customer, and I will hire them next time too! I called yesterday, and they came today. They were very professional with their work, and patient with me as I asked questions while they were working. I had one specific question that had been bugging me for a while. They had a very clear, thoughtful answer to it that resolved a concern I was having. These folks do good work, quickly and at an affordable price.

  Having our septic tank pumped was something I continually thought about but forget because out of sight, out of mind. I wasn’t planning on calling when I did, but when I saw their Cybertruck, I figured it was a sign since I’d been putting it off for a couple months. The owner picked up himself, which I didn’t expect, and had same-day or next-day availability. That caught me off guard and I wasn’t mentally prepared for that quick of a turnaround, so I asked to schedule for the following week instead. No problem at all and easy to work with from the start. Corey came out and did the service. Super polite, professional, and walked me through what he was doing. I ask a lot of questions when I get a chance to learn from someone who knows their trade, and he was happy to talk through it all while he worked and answered my other random questions lol. Flat rate pricing was a nice touch, too. No surprises or extra add-on asks that seem urgent but aren’t that are all too common these days. And when Corey finished, he didn’t leave a mess and put the dirt back over the lid and tilled it up so I can actually get grass growing over it again. These small things go a long way with me, and it makes a difference when I come across local businesses who are doing it right. I will be using them for future septic tank servicing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area.
