  Company responded quickly to my call which was great. He told me what my problems were and thats when things went bad. two toilets having flushing issues and small hot water with rust in water. Their price: $500 for toilet repair $1000 for the hot water. I had another plumber come and he fixed the toilets for $100. He also suggested I replace the hot water tank with a recycler (approx $200). Talk about GOUGING! I got nothing for $12o.

  JARED was THE BEST TEC! His knowledge was VERY impressive and answered all of my questions. Honest, on time and so kind! Gave me a very fair quote for my repair. Because of his professionalism and courtesy I am now ONLY allowing Blind & Sons employees into my home. I will be using them for HVAC, AC, PLUMBING and ELECTRICAL! Don't go anywhere else, trust me, this guy was THE BEST!!!!

  I have been a customer of Blind and Sons for many years. Jibreel has been to my home several times. I was very happy he was my serviceman for this call. I feel very confident with Jibreel. I know he will do quality work and I can trust him. I am going to request Jibreel is my technician for every call. This being said, I have had good service from all the technicians who have been to my home.

  I cannot recommend our service technician enough, Daniel Sanor! He was extremely friendly, professional, and, most importantly, incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly figured out exactly what was going on with our AC, explained everything clearly, and got it fixed and running perfectly again. It’s such a relief to have someone come into your home who truly knows what they’re doing and takes the time to make sure the problem is actually solved. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. He was also so understanding and welcoming with my dogs, which was incredibly reassuring and made the entire experience that much more comfortable. It’s always appreciated when someone coming into your home is not only great at their job, but also kind and respectful of your pets. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. 100% recommend!

  Very unhappy with the service & customer support. Our tech came out to install the heat element for our tankless water heater, after we paid him $400+ and he left we got one shower & it was out again. We called the next morning & were told we would be put on the list…. Needless to say we had to wait another full day for a new tech to come out & resolve the issue, 48 hours without hot water on their error was not great customer service. Will find a new plumber.
