  Karl was so helpful and kind! He explained everything he was doing and was very patient when we asked questions. We will definitely be calling Karl with Blind & Sons when we need any plumbing services!

  Four years ago, I paid Blind & Sons to install a whole-house generator. Since then, they have failed to keep it level. They had to return a year later to re-level the cement pad. Now that it has failed for a second time, a technician admitted their previous methods were wrong and that they finally 'now understand' the right material to use. The technician also informed me that they didn't dig down deep enough initially. However, Blind & Sons charged me half-price for this new surface. I should not have to pay for a company's learning experience on a major investment. They need to stand by their workmanship and correct this structural failure at zero cost to the consumer. Before paying I asked the electrical supervisor to contact me, but I heard nothing. Beware, if you have a whole house generator installed, you will be responsible if it isn't done right, not Blind.

  I highly recommend Blind & Sons for all your utility services. The Heating and Cooling technician Chris repaired a bad valve on my furnace. Checked for warranty and it was covered saving me. He also discovered my water pressure relief valve was bad. He went above and beyond with everything and they use top of the line parts. That afternoon they had a plumbing technician out to repair the valve and outside leaking faucet... Jared did outstanding work also. I joined the MVP program for extra peace of mind. Thank you Blind & Sons.

  $120 just for a quote that was vague and insanely overpriced. $2500 just to install a handful of electrical outlets in an easily accessible utility room? No breakdown of costs by labor, materials, or anything? The bill says "install 1 basic outlet, $600+". If that's all the detail I get in the quote you should have quoted it over the phone and saved me the service call charge. Not to mention I could do the work in a couple hours and materials will likely be under 300 bucks. Do these electricians make $500 an hour??? Never again.

  Nick was scheduled by us to review our water tank. He gave great advice. We appreciated his honesty and straight forward answers to our questions. We decided not to replace the tank but Nick drained the tank. We feel very comfortable with our decision. He was pleasant and thorough.
