The store where I bought my wood for my woodworking projects was run out of business, so I had no place to buy wood in Columbus at a reasonable price. The closest places was 2 hours away. Then I located Zeyer lumber which was 45 minutes away. I needed to buy a little over 100 board feet of red and white oak. The two gentleman who helped me couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. They helped me find the best boards and then cut them down to fit in my car at no cost. Their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future.

What a wonderful place. They have everything for every project. When I have a project, it’s the only place I need to go. Prices are great, and service is excellent. Update - purchased beautiful quarter-sawn white oak and turned it into a rocking chair for my daughter.

Entrance can be tricky to see. Clean, well organized space with a surprising number of lumber options - poplar, cherry, oak, walnut, and purple heart to name a few, in 4/4, 8/4, 12/4 thicknesses. Doug Zeyer was friendly, helpful and kind. Payment was easy (I provided cash, but he accepted other forms of payment as well.) Definitely returning.
