  Andrew was excellent in his detailed review in quoting out a new heating/AC system for our home. He asked what I was looking for and we went room by room reviewing what was in each room. He confirmed that the current layout was very good and the system we had was the correct in its ratings. He prepared our quote as I had asked, no pressure with any additional ons or upsells as I was clear in what we were looking to do. He went over the quote with me line by line asking if I had any questions. Andrew was very polite and professional throughout the whole process. Can’t say enough good things about the dealings I have had with these two gentlemen along with the young lady I talked to on the phone. If you’re on the fence- call these guys.

  Spectacular service! We had a technician come out the same day we called to diagnose our furnace issue. We ended up needing a new furnace and had that scheduled and installed the next day. Every staff member we worked with were professional, communicative, and walked us through every step of the way. Highly recommend!

  I will start with wow. Great service. Torwin talked to me about what he was doing and what he was looking for. I have a fairly old furnace system and expected some at least minor maintenance issues. He cleaned everything up inside, checked all the inspection points and provided me with the results. I have my HVAC service for the foreseeable future! I asked about a maintenance plan, Torwin did not try to sell me first. I know each HVAC equipment item should be cleaned, maintained and inspected, at least once per year, so I was looking to make sure that gets done. Great plan, great price. I have nothing but good things to say after the first service.

  Juliane was excellent. He showed up on time, was very professional and personable with his introduction and had good knowledge when answering any question we asked. This was our annual cleaning & service which he made recommendations on for future service, but was not pushy, we appreciated that approach! I would give him the highest rating possible and would be happy if he were our future technician as well! Juliane is an asset to any HVAC company who has him! Thanks for sending him to us today!

  I own a two family home built in 1914. Previous owned had replaced the HVAC in 1997 and included central air. Both AC units started to fail. The first company I hired was only here for 45 minutes, said they couldn't find anything wrong, and recommended just shoving 2-3 pounds more R-22 into each unit. Didn't sound right to me. Mitchell's found multiple components that were failing, and a cracked heat exchanger in one furnace. Worked with me to correctly size replacement units that met my budget, my requirements, and were properly sized. Each and every person I dealt with was professional, friendly, and had great communication skills. This included the install team, who didn't yell, swear, or smoke, and had all three units replaced along with fixing multiple code and safety violations within 24 hours of me signing the paperwork. A textbook example of how things should be done.
