  We obtained 3 estimates from 3 separate companies to replace our 24 year old furnace and air conditioner units after asking neighbors and friends for recommendations. We decided on hiring Mitchell's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning Company based on several factors. Personal recommendations, company reviews, and fair price. Roger came to our home and examined our current system and did a complete tour of our home to measure all living areas. He explained several options to upgrade and improve our HVAC system. He told us about the benefits of the new high efficiency units and possible energy cost savings. He also explained that the system would be protected by a 10 year parts warranty from the manufacturer and a 10 year labor warranty provided by their company. Roger told us that they do all work "in house", no subcontractors. The entire job took only 2 days, all work was done by Craig and Xavier. They did the work in a very professional and efficient manner. They were the most polite and courteous workers that we have ever had in our home. They worked both days - non stop, only taking time for their lunch break. They confirmed placement of the outside equipment, reviewed what equipment they were going to install, and explained what needed to be done to properly attach the ductwork. They cleaned up all debris and removed all old equipment without any damage to our property. When the installation was complete, they showed me how to adjust the new thermostat and how to change the air filter. They explained that all warranty paperwork would be filed by their company and would be held in a file to secure both warranties, so we have no worries about protecting the equipment. My wife and I were very happy with the way the project was planned and carried out. They delivered on everything that was agreed on in the contract with no hassle. We feel confident in using our new system for many years worry free and will recommend Mitchell's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning to our friends.

  What a joke. Technician came to house and I could tell he didn't want to spend 5 minutes here. He cleaned AC coils with my garden hose and replaced the Capacitor on AC unit. I told him the Air flow is still weak, he said upper coils are probably clogged, So I asked what is entailed in that and he said BIG JOB and left, no explanation no quote no nothing. So here I am sweating on a 95-degree day in my dang house after paying this company 400 to change a dam Capacitor. So, what good did it do to pay YOU 400 Dollars, what a JOKE.

  Our newish Mr. Cool mini split system wasn’t cooling- I called and got someone to come out same day. The technician Justus was thorough, he did an emergency recharge of the refrigerant until he could come back to find the leak with his team. He originally quoted for a full repair but when he found the leak it was easier to fix than he anticipated and ended up charging a third of what he originally quoted us. He was thorough, professional, honest and explained EVERYTHING. I will add I had someone from another, bigger company come take one look at the system and tell me they won’t even touch it, it’s “shoddy” work and this system is cheap and I should just replace it. Well Justus from One Hour repaired it for a tiny fraction of what it would cost to replace- in terms of both time and money, and left zero mess! Thank you!

  I had a great experience with Corey. he arrived on time, were professional and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioning system. The repair was completed efficiently, and they took the time to explain the problem and the solution. The pricing was fair, and the quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend their HVAC services to anyone needing reliable heating or cooling repairs and maintenance.

  Justus did a great job repairing my system! Tried to turn it on on a Sunday afternoon and it wouldn't work. He was able to get out quickly after I called and setup the appointment. What started as 1 issue, quickly turned into 2. I was kept informed of the situation and what was happening the whole time. For what was needed to repair it, and being a Sunday, price was very reasonable. Justus was friendly and professional, and I would definitely use him again if needed.
