  They came over to give us a quote to convert from a heat pump to a furnace and air conditioning unit. Very knowledgeable. Explained things in terms we understood. Made sure we were satisfied with what we were getting. The appointment was not rushed at all. They gave us plenty of options for what we were looking for. Overall excellent experience.

  I had a quote from this company for approximately $8,000 for what was presented as a basic AC replacement, and I was also told that I needed a new furnace. At the time I felt like I was being pushed toward replacing both systems when I was primarily having an issue with my AC. The tech didn’t take any measurements and was in and out within 5 mins. I ended up getting four additional opinions from other HVAC companies . All four told me that I do not currently need a new furnace. It runs perfectly fine. I also received quotes from these companies around $4,500 for the AC replacement and 8,000 for BOTH ac and furnace replacement. I understand that companies have different pricing and that replacing an older furnace can be a reasonable recommendation. However, I was disappointed that the furnace replacement was presented to me as something I needed when multiple other HVAC professionals independently told me otherwise. I would strongly recommend getting multiple quotes and opinions before agreeing to a major HVAC replacement. In my experience, it saved me thousands of dollars and helped me determine what actually needed to be replaced.

  Had a leak coming from our HVAC and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Broderick was so helpful and efficient, he quickly identified the problem, fixed it, cleaned up, and performed a full system check for a very reasonable price. We feel confident in the services performed and couldn’t be happier with the overall customer service

  I am so happy with Mitchell's One Hour Heating &Air Conditioning. I have been a member for at least 2 1/2 years and I get a service visit for both my furnace and air conditioner every year. It is so convenient. In being a member this service is free for the maintenance call. In about 4 or 5 visits, I have only needed a part one time. I really trust this company.

  I'm always impressed by Mitchell's 1 hour heating and air conditioning service. The technicians are clean cut, courteous, and always do a thorough job. Then they come back with the checklist and go over the results of everything. I couldn't be happier with their service program and the people who represent them. The women who handle the phones are also extremely courteous and thoughtful! Rare in this day and age.
