  This company is my go to place for home improvements. I had glassblock windows installed in my basement and they look great. The work was done quickly and the installers were very professional. I would recommend to anyone looking for this service.

  It is just absolutely ridiculous that I see good reviews on here. I walked into the store told them where I live which is not far, the man behind the counter wrote on paper said he put it on his desk didnt catch his name, which should have been offered on a business card. In the first place said they get back with soon...ok a week later nothing called was told there was a family emergency..ok...two weeks later was told the same thing family emergency....said sorry to hear that and make me feel like the worst person in the world and even if that is true which if it is not karma is a terrible thing to mess with..it's been 3 weeks and not even a phone call...But this is not the first time they let me high and dry used to live on the same street like could walk there, once again asked for some work at my last home and no response waiting for someone to come by to do estimate or call and schedule appointment and find myself chasing them. So I thought give them another chance boy was I wrong never a again. I told them I'm retired and will be home work with there schedule, just because I said I'm retired that doesn't mean I can wait for ever, what a waist of my time should have call other places sooner instead of waiting for this company.

  Message:johnny hogan and his team recently compled a build for us, a full on glass and vinyl three seasons room. build to withstand my life. it brings the nature of our back property right inside without the critters knowing we're there. we could not be more satisfied, it is what my mind pictured before we started. construction crew was cool, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.   WSA installed new windows in my home. a number of years ago. Yesterday I had a little problem with one, and they sent a technician out within 30 minutes. And he cheerfully and skilfully fixed the problem in a few minutes and I was very pleased.
