  Ai phone answering system is ridiculous. Then they put your information into their system to spam you with marketing ads. But once you get past all of that nonsense, they try to charge you for an estimated. So I have to pay you to tell me how much I’m going to have to pay you? No thanks. I’ll use a small business that understands giving quotes is just the cost of doing business. Please stop spamming me with your marketing ads.

  Rodney was great, showed up next day and quickly diagnosed the problem, showed us what was wrong in the pipe, and helped correct the issue with minimal hassle or unreasonable expense. It was very reassuring to be able to physically see what was wrong on camera, and be able to trust his expertise as to how we could perform maintenance on our own in the future.

  The man was very rude when attempting to fix our sink/dishwasher. I would ask questions regarding the problem and he would disregard them just because I am not a plumber. In the end, he ended up not fixing the problem at all, spending our time and money just to tell us that he couldn’t fix it. On the phone, another person told us that the worker would bring the supplies necessary to fix the sink, and yet when he came to our house, he did not have any of those supplies, and the sink was left broken. Would not recommend.

  He was professional and friendly as well as very informative. He explained the potential problem and we figured out the best way to tackle the situation. He was on time as I had to meet him at another address. I highly recommend asking for him, Ryan, for your service. I did talk with the office making another appointment and the customer service rep as she was helpful too.

  Rodney was sent by Superior Drainage to my home to help us deal with clogged drains in our garage. He was incredibly professional and clearly knows his stuff, while also being personable. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, walking around the property and using the line locator to thoroughly map the placement of all the pipes running through our large front yard. He completely explained the problem and offered multiple solutions to us, and didn’t push any extra services. He was clear in keeping us informed of prices throughout the process so that there were no surprises later, and repeatedly gave us choices in how we wanted to proceed, and what those options would cost us, without any hard sells. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism, level of service, and expertise, and would absolutely recommend him to anyone. The problem that Rodney diagnosed at our home today requires a larger follow-up—digging up and replacing a section of pipe in the front yard—and I hope that he is one of the people that comes back, because I trust him with the work.
