  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had the opportunity to work with the team at Lakes, and they’ve been great to work with. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their company, their team, and the way they represent their business. It’s always a pleasure working with another local company that cares about doing things the right way. Highly recommend the team at Lakes!

  I scheduled an inspection with Lakes and they were able to come within 2 days, they did a great job of letting me know when their guy would show up. Jake T letnus know when he was on his way, he did a full inspection of our heating and a/c - he was thorough and answered every question we had without being condescending and was even honest about one small thing that did not require a repair by him (which will end up saving us a decent chunk of change). I don't see myself calling anyone else now whenever we need HVAC stuff done, highly recommend!

  Got the BOGO yr of AC / Furnace Maintenance for $220. Maddex Hoover was my tech. Maddex seemed very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. He did a great job. The only thing I was surprised about was the cleaning of the outside unit didn't appear to include removing the top and vacuum out the old leaves since there were still wet leaves in the bottom when he left (see pic). Also the cleaning of the fins of the outside unit (unless I missed something) only consisted of a spray with the garden hose from the outside but that may have been because my unit was pretty clean already. So.....If you are expecting the debris to be removed and coil cleaner with spray from inside the unit as well as outside you may want to check around to see what is actually covered in the price which I failed to do.
