Other than the fact I have a new Lennox furnace and a new Lennox air conditioner. Blake was very good at instructing me on how to use my new thermostat and took all the time I needed it. He did not make me feel like he was in a hurry to leave and I kept asking questions and he kept saying not a problem. I would definitely recommend Blake and his crew from Lakes heating and air-conditioning to anybody that needs a new furnace, air conditioner, or humidifier. I felt the price was very reasonable, and the quality of work was excellent.
