  Our air conditioner was not working properly on the 4th of July. Jamir came out within two hours of me calling. He was very kind, friendly, and described what the problem was. He fixed it promptly. Thank you so much, Jamir!

  Had Jake come out to make sure my AC was ready for the heat wave. He checked everything and cleaned up my compressor and fan unit, also cleaned my drain line. Explained everything he was doing as he went, which I appreciate. They offered a deal on two years of maintenance contract so I signed up. Very happy with the service. Bob H.

  Tom was very helpful, explained everything I needed to know about a hot water tank. He was on time yesterday and today and would of finished the job if it hadn't been for water line break outside. Of course just my luck! He put down some type of tarp and taped it down from the front door to the utility room. Much appreciated.

  Maddex was very professional, courteous and polite. He was prompt and called when he was on his way. He gotnto work right away and did an excellent job. We were very pleased with him.

  So while my unit being checked is not salvageable, Jake was certainly informative and helpful. There was a $3 credit card fee charged to my bill. However, I used my Huntington bank debit card. Speaking to your office , they said they would refund me that $3.
