- ABandrew bowman4 days ago5.0Tom was incredible. He explained my options and gave detailed pricing. He was very flexible and made sure I had hot water until the new tank came in. Lakes heating cooling is always my first call… now for plumbing too. The price was also much lower than I expected. Especially for the service I got.
- CCCarol Collmar5 days ago5.0Lakes Heating & Air conditioning made the process of purchase and installation of a new furnace painless. From the first call for a quote to installation day everyone was very professional, helpful, kind and speedy. Definitely will call them for any future needs.
- RBRon BowmanSep 26, 20265.0Zack made everything about the service call convenient and informative. He was very personable, knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely request him for future HVAC needs.
- LMLinda MunteanSep 26, 20265.0Jake and Mitchell were very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Jake was helpful in resolving a return visit timeline, and Mitchell gave me a few tips for better regular maintenance that I can do on my own. I I truly appreciated that. Thank you Lakes Heating and A/C.
- MCMichael CochranSep 14, 20265.0Ranko offered ideas of what may be my issue, made an appointment, called to let me know he was on the way, showed up exactly when he said. He knew what he was talking about, took care of my issue, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We also discussed the newer plumbing department which I plan on using in the future.
