  I can’t say enough good things about Kyle from J&J Plumbing! He was incredibly patient, thorough, and took the time to really understand the problem with my HVAC system rather than rushing through the job. His problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and genuine care for me as a customer really stood out. As always, J&J Plumbing continues to have amazing workers who truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It’s clear that customer service is more than just a job to them. I’m so happy to be a club member and know that I can count on such a great company and team. Thank you, Kyle, for going above and beyond! You are truly appreciated!

  Kyle was a big help! A new Wi-Fi controlled thermostat had been installed but it wouldn't connect to the app on my phone after I tried many times. J&J agreed to replace the thermostat for free and when Kyle brought it over he took extra time and gave extra effort to make sure the thermostat worked with the app. He even talked to Honeywell customer to make it happen, and he even used his phone and hotspot to to get the thermostat hooked to the app correctly. When he did that I instantly had a Wi-Fi controlled thermostat that worked with my phone. Thanks for the extra effort Kyle!

  I was really amazed with the work recently done at my home by Scott W., Mason and Mark. They showed an amazing sense of teamwork working through the electrical and plumbing issues caused by a recent rain storm. They repaired several things and updated several other situations that needed to be brought up to code. They showed respect for my home and me as well. This was a fine experience at a time when I was facing storm damage and a loss of power for multiple days. I can truly say that they were among the best laborers I have ever encountered. Thanks to each of these fine employees. They were wonderful examples of the company’s high standards I see voiced on its website. I really appreciate your fine work ethic! I also appreciated the advance emails which included some great info about each worker.

  This is the second plumber that came out to fix a toilet that was not level. The first plumber just put a shim in to level the toilet AND he caused a leak. Mark from J&J was not only able to level the toilet, he fixed the leak and was meticulous in making sure that the toiled was properly caulked and now it looks like new. J&Js rates are reasonable and the work excellent. I highly recommend choosing them the first time!

  I cannot say enough good things about J&J Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric and the people who helped me during an electrical emergency at my home. From the moment Rachel answered the phone on Sunday, she was wonderful. She was genuinely concerned about the safety of my granddaughter and me and kept me updated the entire time. She reassured me that Scott was coming and that he was the perfect person to help us in an emergency. Scott then personally called to let me know he was on his way. Scott arrived at 9 PM on Sunday night. His first concern was making sure my granddaughter and I were safe. I told my family that night that Scott was my angel for coming to help us when we needed someone most. He was knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring during a very stressful situation. On Monday, Scott and Jake came to complete the work and made sure I had my electricity back on. They even removed bushes that were in the way so they could get the job done. Throughout everything, my family and I were kept informed with phone calls, emails, and photos, so we always knew what was happening and what needed to be done. From Rachel taking my emergency call Sunday night, to Scott making sure we were safe, to Scott and Jake completing the work on Monday, I was treated with kindness, concern, professionalism, and excellent communication every step of the way. I am incredibly grateful to Rachel, Scott, Jake, and J&J for everything they did for me and my family. They truly went above and beyond. Five stars simply don’t seem like enough. If I could, I would give Scott and everyone who helped me all the stars in the sky.
