  Andrew Z did an amazing job clearing our clogged drain, and I couldn’t be more grateful. With three kids at home — including a 2-month-old who constantly needs bottles cleaned — this was something we needed fixed fast. Andrew was incredibly friendly and even took the time to be kind and patient with our kids, which we really appreciated. He was professional from start to finish, explained what he was doing, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He also kept his work area very clean and wore shoe covers, which shows a lot of respect for our home. Highly recommend Andrew Z if you’re looking for someone reliable, professional, and genuinely great to work with! We have had their HVAC team (Austin) to move our AC unit, Electrical team (almost all of them) to install our forever lights, and now the plumbing team. Without wavering, we receive phenomenal service from the moment the CSR team answers and schedules the appointment all the way through to job completion.

  We had the electrician Scott W and plumber Doug B come to do some work at our church. It was nice to receive a text message with picture of the technician letting us know when they would be on their way to the appointment. Both men were very professional, personable, and knowledgeable for the service rendered. Recommend!

  I recently had Scott W. out from J&J Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. I actually found J&J through my church bulletin, and I'm so glad I did — it's clear they are a company that is truly invested in the community, and that means a lot. From start to finish, everything was absolutely fantastic. Scott was incredibly thorough — he didn't cut any corners and made sure every detail was handled properly. What really stood out was how well he communicated throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why, which I genuinely appreciated. You could tell he takes real pride in his work. Thank you to J&J for not only delivering outstanding service, but also for supporting the community in the way you do. That kind of commitment goes a long way. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and truly goes above and beyond, ask for Scott W. I will absolutely be calling J&J again for any future needs. Highly recommend!

  Adam L and Clay were fabulous! Courteous, polite, and clear communicators. The initial service call was to fix a kitchen drain with a clog and fix a leaky faucet. After Adam L and Clay did their pre-service inspection , they were so open to discussing different solutions with the pros and cons, I also had them replace the shut-off valves because they were old and hard to turn. I decided to replace the leaky faucet all together instead of trying to replace the cartridge to see if that would fix the leak or not, because if it didn't I had to buy a new faucet anyway. The other services I believe were fairly priced. The cost for the new faucet, not so much, but the work wouldn't be guaranteed if I provided the faucet . I have had so many bad plumbing mishaps over the years, I decided to let the professionals do the install and have the two - year guarantee. Honestly, if Adam L and Clay had not been as honest and polite as they were, I would not have had anything done except unclogging the kitchen drain.

  I couldn't be happier with the septic repairs these true professionals completed. I have no point of reference to compare costs, but I am satisfied. They assisted me with payment options and found terms to accommodate my budget. Big job completed in one day after determining what was, well, broken. I would recommend to everyone!
