  We have been looking for birch hardwood flooring for over 3 years to tie in to our existing flooring. No one had birch flooring except Floorz; Couldn’t believe we found it. Jill Fuller was our salesperson. No high pressure sales here, she was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Explained how their process works from purchase to installation. Arrange for Chuck to measure; he also was knowledgeable and friendly. 48 hours later we had their quote, which was itemized and very detailed . We were so impressed with Jill, Chuck and Jamie we ordered kitchen flooring also. No installation as of yet, but I’m sure the flooring will be a beautiful addition to our home. You won’t go wrong purchasing any flooring from Floorz. Thanks Jill, Jamie and Chuck

  I had hardwood installed in the living room, dining area, and hall (replacing carpet), and new tile replacing old sheet linoleum in the bathrooms and kitchen. It took a while to get the hardwood but it was worth it. The floors are so beautiful. Jan was really helpful during the selection process. The installation was done efficiently and looks really professional. I’m very happy with my beautiful floors!

  We had flooring installed in 3 rooms. We were very pleased with the entire process. There was no pressure at the showroom as we perused the many flooring options, took several samples home (twice!) & finally made our selections. Everyone we encountered was very helpful & professional. The installers moved our heavy furniture with care & worked efficiently. The work was done when they said it would be - no delays. Communication with the salesperson (Jay), the schedulers (Laura & another colleague)& the installation team (Mark, Tom & Will) was ongoing. They checked in at every step.

  Great personal service from Rob at the Montrose (Akron) office! Helped us pick out our flooring and tile. Great communication, awesome delivery service. And we got it at a great price! Thank you!

  A five star rating is extra special anytime but especially when working with four or five separate departments within the same company. 1) The sales and design people were efficient, friendly and chock full of accurate information. There was no high pressure sales tactics, gave us plenty of time and samples to make a decision for our 52x13 foot kitchen floor. 2) Ordering the flooring material and scheduling was pleasant and no surprises. 3) The installation was the stand out feature of the whole process even though our floor needed an extremely large amount of work to make it level. Alberto was our installer. We have lived in our house for 45 years and never had a better tradesman help us in any home improvement or repair. He and Keith, the field supervisor, worked great together as needed to level the floor. Keith also hand made a very, very nice 13 foot long transition piece to the next room. Both men were very informative, helpful and polite. Alberto worked quickly, hard, neatly and very respectful of us and our belongings. 4) Clean up and follow up were both top notch. 5) Payment terms were straight forward and easy.
