  I am so happy I learned about this Ferguson branch. I thought my closest option was Cleveland area. Scott, Debbie and Mike are all amazing people and they are all happy to help. I would highly recommend anyone to come to Ferguson for all of your plumbing and home needs! ◡̈

  Scott and his team at Ferguson have been outstanding to work with. They always make sure we get exactly what we need, and they get it to us quickly. Their attention to detail is second to none, we're never missing a part, and they make the ordering process seamless. One thing that really sets them apart is their customer service. They always answer the phone, and if they don't have what we need at their location, they'll go above and beyond to track it down, no matter which Ferguson location or even which state it's in. It's hard to find a team that's this responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to helping their customers. We truly appreciate everything Scott and his team do and highly recommend Ferguson to anyone looking for exceptional service.

  I hadn't heard of Ferguson until I bought a toilet via Lowes that they didn't stock. Tank came cracked, and I learned that Ferguson was the vendor. Scott really came through and got me a replacement tank free of charge. I wish Lowes customer service was like Ferguson's.

  Wow! I went into Ferguson yesterday and I wasn't sure if I was at an interior design office or a plumbing supply company! Robin did such an amazing job choosing the furniture and decor for the front office! Her style and smile were so welcoming when I walked into the building!
