  I DONT RECOMMEND FOR BOILERS!! In 2022 my husband and I had our home boiler system replaced by Echols. We paid 9,000 for a complete replacement and they didn’t in fact replace everything they promised. We have been having issues year after year costing us thousands of dollars additional. In 2025 one of our zone valves went bad and required replacement. We were told it was no longer under warranty and we agreed to have that done. It was roughly $700. On Friday 10/2/26, I had Echols come for our annual maintenance and sure enough, they got another $699 from us. Yet another zone valve went bad that controls another level in our home. The technician arrived at 10:40am and didn’t leave until 5pm. After two hours into his visit, I walked down to my basement to ask what was going on. The technician said he “was just working on things”. He seemed to make several phone calls to another technician while leaving me out of the loop. After a 7 hour appt which required me to take more PTO, my husband and I are left with more frustration and a boiler that is still not running well. It’s louder now with a low pitch whistle, that I’’m told is “normal” and somehow Echols gets to change out valves that shouldn’t be failing this fast. Echols did not in fact change our our entire system when they did the install in 2022. Two of the Echols technicians have admitted we were given a disservice on install since they left old pipes on the system that they promised to replace. To top this all off, they did a service in 2024 and don’t even have record of it… so who took my money during service??? To say we are disappointed in the recommendation we got to use Echols is an understatement. I’m quite sure they have technicians working on systems they know nothing about. I will once again call Echols when they open to request more service and get no answers and I’m sure Echols will reply to this google review with a covered up answer.

  Zac was a great help. He walking me through the geothermal heating and cooling of a new home owner. Very polite to the dogs and myself. Thanks again
