  They quickly repaired our air conditioning unit during a heat wave, which we really appreciated. Zach was extremely nice, and friendly, with a positive attitude. Our house humidifier system was also repaired at this visit. Reasonable pricing and timely repairs. We will definitely call on them again whenever needed!

  John and Devon came out to look at an 20 year old Heat Pump Hybrid system. Took their time in 97 degree heat on a flat roof, found the problem and fixed, saved me from a new system for a few more years. A++++++

  I had a great experience with Echols. My AC unit went out in this heatwave, and they were able to get to me ASAP. The technician Zach was fantastic. He explained everything very well, went over everything, made recommendations and gave me information for the future. I highly recommend this wonderful local company.

  John and Devon were incredibly kind, honest and professional and explained everything that they found out about our hvac system. Answered all our questions clearly and without any bias or push to make any decisions. He set us up for a consultation the same day to figure out options without any pressure. They fixed enough issues to get us through the heatwave ( we’ve decided to replace the whole system). John and Devon are true professionals that made us feel comfortable and trusting your company.   John was awesome! He was very kind, professional & honest. He did a great job explaining what was going on with our HVAC system to me & my wife. He presented us with our options in straightforward, sincere manner & didn’t try to upsell us on parts/services we didn’t need. I would recommend calling Echols for your HVAC needs &, if you do, ask for John!
