  Cory and Devin were extremely helpful removed and replaced our water pressure tank with efficiency and very knowledgeable explained and showed me every they did will strongly recommend them !! Thanks again for a job well done ….. ..

  I have mixed feelings, but I'll start here. So Dennis came out and gave us our quote for our pressure tank replacement and relocation. He was VERY thorough and explained the job well. We felt very comfortable with using Donamarc. Then came the day for the pressure tank install. The guys seemed scattered and unsure. It took over 4 hours of them going back in forth in the crawl space trying to figure out how to run wires. We offered our knowledge and assistance about our home. It wasn't an easy job for them, we were aware of that, but their lack of communication was very frustrating. They kept running into issues but failed to actually tell me about it. They finally called in for back up, which It would have been nice to know two more people were coming. Communication is very important to me. I also had an issue with them not following simple directions. My husband works night and had went to bed for the night. I told them they'd have to be somewhat quiet as to not keep him awake but the one guy slammed the door EVERY TIME he came in and out, it felt like 1000 door slams in the last 3 hours. The informed me that my well pump was bad now, even though we had it replaced by them 3 years prior. The part was covered under warranty but they couldn't do it the same day due to the lateness of the evening. Two gentlemen came out first thing the next morning. One was Brian, I cannot remember the other guys name, but they were very nice, communicated well, tested everything and happily told me everything is functioning as it should. I'm thankful for Dennis's expertise as well Brian and his co-worker. They were very thorough and I appreciated their insight. We didn't end up needing a well pump, thank goodness. Overall it was a good experience except for the lack of communication from the first installers. I swear, the younger generation has no idea how to communicate properly.
