  Had a well pump that was only pumping 2.3 gpm in a rental property and was told if we replaced the pump with a larger one we would be getting closer to 10 gpm. They came out pretty quickly which was great. After it was installed, I had to have them come back out because it wasn't installed correctly and it flooded the basement. A home inspector came out since the property is being sold and said it is only pumping 2.8 gpm. Tried to call them multiple times and left a voicemail trying to get them to come out and see if everything was working properly since I was told the water pressure should be much higher now and see what we need to do to fix it and they don't answer or return my calls.

  HONEST. punctual. Fair. Very competent. All employees under him also seemed happy to work for him. When the job was started it was quickly finished. And the results were as promised.
