I called yesterday for AC repair services, expecting to wait a few days for availability. Luckily, they had an available appointment today!
Their technician, Steve, was great. He analyzed our system, diagnosed the issue, provided an estimate, fixed our AC in under 2 hours, at less cost than what was estimated.
My system is blowing cold air again, THANK YOU STEVE!!

We’ve been customers of a competitor for quite a while and when they did the annual inspection, they told us we needed a new air conditioner. We felt the cost was extremely extremely high. We called Celino and they were able to schedule us that same day to get a second estimate. Garrett Brown came out and agreed that we needed a new air-conditioning unit. His cost was half of what I was quoted by the other company. He then told us about the benefits of a heat pump which was considerably more expensive but there was a very large rebate from New York State, which made the cost the same as his air-conditioning unit. Then Dylan Yorks came out the next day and did a house assessment and gave us an exact quote. We’re so impressed by both of these people, their professionalism, the way they explained everything in detail, and their general demeanor overall. We are having the unit installed next week and we also signed up for their membership, so we get annual inspections. We would highly recommend Celino and if you can get one or both of these gentlemen to help you out, you will be very pleased.

Rapid response, extremely capable, courteous and pleasant technicians. Excellent communication and very reasonable price. I am very picky and I am happy to say that Cellino Electric exceeded my expectations. Do not hesitate to use their services.
Needed a refrigerator water line installed ASAP. Delivery company would not help except to say I needed a plumber. Nick from Cellino happened to be at a neighbors. I reached out and he graciously offered to help . He fixed the issue right then and there. He also installed a shut off valve to the apartment. Nick went out of his way to help. Very professional. Explained what he was doing and answered all questions. If I ever needed Cellino’s services again, I will ask for Nick.
Also hats off to Heidi, who also works at Cellino. I spoke to her to get a service appt before I ran into Nick. She gave me an appointment for the next day. I had a non working frig and couldn’t wait. Thank you to both of them. Crisis averted.
I've just begun the process of replacing my furnace and A/C unit with an estimate on 4/13/26 with project manager Chris, but I already have to write a an extremely positive review of the meeting before the work is completed because it's been the most professional, thorough and stress-free experience I've ever had thanks to Chris. He spent 3 hours analyzing the entire HVAC system in my house (2 floors and the basement). He explained every issue and every solution. Chris had many recommendations on how to improve the efficiency of my current system as well as what a new system would involve. He offered multiple options for new HVAC equipment and different pricing to fit my budget. I received 2 estimated proposals conveniently by email the next day with all the details and no surprises for me to sign/accept electronically. The prices were right on point. The main office managing my appointments, paperwork and correspondences has also been excellent. Cellino's customer service is the best in the business. Chris was awesome - his extensive experience and knowledge was greatly appreciated and left me with the confidence that I made the right decision choosing Cellino. I look forward to getting the work finished and another positive review.
Update: Review on 4/22/26 installation of furnace and AC unit. Seth and Kaden were professional, experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. My current HVAC system had many different issues to manage and wasn't an easy or typical furnace and AC unit replacement, but everything went perfectly and quickly. Both technicians knew exactly what they were doing and their attention to details large and small was extraordinary. They took the time to thoroughly discuss my concerns and questions about the new system and program the thermostat. The new system looks and works great and they cleaned everything so well that it was like they were never there. I highly recommend the Seth and Kaden team because you can't improve upon perfection.
