  Finding trustworthy contractors can be difficult, but this company exceeded every expectation I had. They came highly recommended by so many people, and now I completely understand why. From the very beginning, Steve made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. During one of the most difficult times in my life, his kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion meant far more than I can put into words. He truly went above and beyond to make everything as convenient as possible. I also want to recognize George, the installer, whose workmanship was exceptional. He was professional, courteous, meticulous, and took obvious pride in his work. It's rare to find people who care this much about both the quality of their work and the people they're helping. I will absolutely be a customer for life and will recommend Steve and this company to anyone looking for window replacement. I firmly believe that genuinely good people deserve to be supported, and Steve, George, and everyone involved have certainly earned my trust and future business. Thank you all so much for everything you did. It made a world of difference, and I couldn't be more grateful.

  Westchester Window Works is a fantastic company that has been in business for over 40 years. When we moved into our home, over 40 years ago, we contacted Westchester Window Works to install our vinyl replacement windows. Steve, the owner who is honest, genuine and a hell of a nice guy sent his crew to replace all of our windows. The windows were great quality and lasted over 40 years! When we wanted them replaced we looked to see if Westchester Window Works was still in business. To our surprise, they still were!! How many businesses are still around after 40 years? If you are looking to replace your windows, do not hesitate to contact Steve. The windows are high quality and reasonably priced and built to last a lifetime! We can’t say enough about this company, and the installation today of our new windows in was seamless! Contact Steve, you will not be disappointed.

  We had a terrific experience working with Westchester window works to replace our doors. They were honest, responsive, organized and professional throughout the ordering and selection process. Their installers did a terrific job installing new doors on an old house, working with existing conditions etc. Highly recommend this company.

  If you're looking to replace your windows, this is the company you want. The price was unbeatable but they were also very personable. I felt like a valued customer and appreciated the direct communication. Their products are premium and the installation work is very professional.
