This business is incapable of getting back to you. I have tried to schedule service for over two months. One out of every 3 messages gets replied to with a generic “waiting to hear back from the team” I first inquired with them April 26th - it’s now June 11th. Don’t even think about giving this business a deposit. You may never hear back from them. Time to take business elsewhere.

I called Sullivan Septic because of it's good reviews. We are having septic trouble with a possible damaged part of our leach field. Someone came rather quickly. I asked them to bring the camera to scope our septic tank to see if one of the leach field tiles was damaged. He scoped our french drain instead, charged us $450, said he would need to talk to his boss and left. It's been about a month and a half of us calling and asking for diagnosis and repair, and we keep being told "He'll cal you back in 30 minutes", "He'll call you back tomorrow." Just warning others. Don't pay for any of their services until they've done work. They'll take your money and ghost you.
