  Absolutely unreal experience with Bobby. I’ve never seen someone so aggressively uninterested in helping a paying customer. Getting a quote took forever, and getting this man to actually peel himself out of his ancient office chair to show us a carpet sample felt like negotiating a hostage release. The constant huffing, puffing, and gasping just walking across the store was wild. Meanwhile, this guy had food stains all over his shirt like he lost a wrestling match with lunch, plus empty soda bottles and general chaos all over his desk like basic professionalism had officially left the building. What really took this from bad service to complete circus act was the behavior—acting like my wife and I were inconveniencing him by existing, then casually offering to ‘hook me up’ with a lower cash price off the books, handing me his personal number, and asking if I wanted to meet him later at the Colonie Lounge because apparently I ‘look like I wanna party.’ Completely bizarre, wildly unprofessional, and honestly one of the strangest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If this is who represents the business, management needs to reevaluate.

  Purchasing carpet with Bobby’s assistance was a great experience! He went above and beyond to accommodate our busy life! He even brought carpet samples to me after stopping by to measure! We weren’t ready for installation at the time of purchase so he assured us not a problem to be held in warehouse until our painter finished! Installer was very meticulous too!

  Having alot of apartments in Buffalo, value and service in flooring is a top priority for me. Bobby and his install crews have been incredible in both of theese areas. I have done 3 projects with them now, and will uae none else ever!
