  Fesco did not honor our warranty. Fesco fenced our yard last summer. The fence was sturdy and good quality but not what we had expected based on their photo gallery and our discussions. Our project manager, David, did try to make it right, but he was only able to offer minimal changes. We decided to leave it as is. Four months later, the gate lock broke. David sent someone to fix it, but it broke again soon after, and then David left the company. Since then we haven't been able to get anyone to come out and even look at it. We did a temporary DIY fix for a while (literally twist ties) and then made another push for them to fix it. They’ve been giving us the run around for 8 weeks, saying they’ll call me back, they'll pass along my message, they’re not going to be in Westchester for a while, etc. We need the lock fixed for the safety of our dog, so we will have to pay another company to deal with it. We chose Fesco despite their prices being much higher than others (nearly 15k for mostly wire fence on a small property) because we thought we’d be in good hands. I regret hiring Fesco.

  Very responsive in having a representative look at the fence repair. Work was done in a timely fashion. Overall very satisfied with the quality of the work as well as the follow up by the office.

  Bottom line: Asked for a quote, got a bill for a diagnostic visit instead. Called requesting two quotes: replace two failed FAAC 400 gate operators, and a separate annual service agreement. They told me on the phone their Project Manager would be able to provide an estimate, and sent him out that same afternoon. I repeated both requests to him in person. I heard nothing back, followed up by email the following Tuesday, and they finally responded Wednesday... with neither a service agreement sample nor an equipment estimate, just a $795.91 estimate for a "diagnostic visit" before they'd even quote the actual repair. This despite saying upfront they could quote on the spot, and despite my specifying exactly what was wrong and what parts were needed, twice. Their diagnostic rate alone ($244.80/hr) is more than double what a competitor charges contract customers for repair labor, and well above another competitor's standard rate. Two other local gate companies gave itemized, no-cost quotes for the identical job within days. Hard not to conclude they simply didn't want to put a number on paper they knew wouldn't be competitive. Edit: Thank you for the response. To clarify: I called specifically requesting quotes to replace two failed FAAC 400 operators — 13+ year old hydraulic units well past their service life. There was nothing to diagnose. Your PM confirmed in person he understood the request. The written estimate contained no scope of work, no findings, and no equipment pricing — just a 3-hour minimum billing at $244.80/hr. You've now confirmed in this response that actual replacement pricing only comes after paying for the diagnostic visit. Two competitors provided detailed, itemized replacement quotes at no charge. Readers can draw their own conclusions.

  My job was completed in two days. The workers Jesus and Alex did an excellent job. I’m very happy with Fesco Fencing and would recommend them to friends and family and other others thank you fesco Fence For your patience and compassionate for me as your customer and I also would like to appreciate Allen that came out to the job the first day to make sure everything was being done correctly and also for the manager supervisor that came out the second day to make sure everything was going OK again I want to thank Fesco Fence Excellent job that they did on my house.
