Another unsolicited visit from a Mad City salesman without a permit. Stay away from this company.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS. No, I do not want to spend $25,000 to replace 3 windows in my house. Total and complete waste of time after an hour long, useless flashy sales pitch. Now they have a foot in the door, they have been a relentless plague. I gave them a second chance for an appointment and they blew me off. They have since called me 8 times this week asking me to reschedule. I have kindly responded, "no thank you, no longer interested" the first 7 times but the calls aren't stopping. They come from different phone numbers each time that don't register on my caller ID. PLEASE MAKE THEM STOP.

They did a fine job on my shower and window. Put down plastic all through my house to keep it clean and very nice and asked for my opinion

We had the bath tub removed in one of our bathrooms by Mad City. The new shower is beautiful and well made. The installer, Philip was polite and friendly. He was skilled at the installation. The district manager stopped by to see how things were going and a plumber came to install the new faucet and drain. We actually live in West Seneca NY rather than Rochester. There was no city listed for the Buffalo, NY area. I recommend this company 's work.

If you are going to send sales reps to go door to door in Deerfield NY, they must have peddlers permits issued by the town.
