Made an appointment left work early to be home, And they never showed, text or even called!! Was so upset. Had to use 4hrs of vacation time for nothing! Can only imagine if I had hired them, probably wouldn't have showed!

I had my kitchen cabinets put in by this company. The salesman was really good and set me up with each request I made. Then comes the measurement guy who spent an unruly amount a time taking the measurements. He still had to come back a 2nd time and remeasure everything. I was told that I could NOT get the lazy Susan due to space issues. I was then told I could get rollout drawers instead but they significantly reduce the space I originally had to store my items. I decided not to get them. The worst thing that happened was one of the boards fell down and hit my toe. My request was just for them to make the financed amount reflect what I actually received. They gave me the run around for months and never tried to resolve this and it’s been nearly a year. They eventually offered me not even a 10 percent discount. So I refused it. This has been an absolutely awful experience.

Replaced tub with a walk in shower. Installer Phillip Thomas was kind and understanding. Due to a structural issue in my bathroom the installer had to return twice before he could do the install but he had no issues with returning to do it at a later date.

I had a very disappointing experience with Mad City Windows and Baths, specifically their service department. The biggest issue was the condition of the windows and screens upon arrival. Multiple items came in damaged, which was extremely frustrating considering the cost and expectations of quality. When I reached out to have these issues addressed, the service department was unhelpful and dismissive. They refused to replace or properly resolve the damaged products, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, this experience left me feeling like the company does not stand behind its products or prioritize customer satisfaction. I would not recommend them based on the lack of accountability and poor service support.

We had Mad City install a new shower for us. Pete, the sales representative, said that the job would take one day to complete. Our installation began on February 4, of this year. Now Two and a half months later we are still having problems with the installation work. I have had to call numerous times to ask for help and only to wait for a call back. I am sorry to say that I made a mistake hiring Mad City to do our shower install!
