  They did a fine job on my shower and window. Put down plastic all through my house to keep it clean and very nice and asked for my opinion

  We had the bath tub removed in one of our bathrooms by Mad City. The new shower is beautiful and well made. The installer, Philip was polite and friendly. He was skilled at the installation. The district manager stopped by to see how things were going and a plumber came to install the new faucet and drain. We actually live in West Seneca NY rather than Rochester. There was no city listed for the Buffalo, NY area. I recommend this company 's work.

  If you are going to send sales reps to go door to door in Deerfield NY, they must have peddlers permits issued by the town.

  Was very pleased with my experience with this company. Work was done quickly and professionally, Ken was very pleasant , friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

  All I can say is the cabinets look great, very overly priced. cost me $15,000 for 1 cabinet where the sink goes. It needed to be done because my sink was about to fall through thats why we went with them. You can go to Lowe's or home depot, and it will coast you a lot less. Hell a local contractor would have been cheaper and done a better job. When they came to put the cabinet in, the 2 guys that were working, one of them didn't know what he was doing, and the other 1 kept yelling at him. Neither one of them spoke very good English and we had a hard time communicating with them. They were not thoroughly trained like we were told. We were told by the sales representatives that every employee are thoroughly trained before they go onto a job site. these two were not. They wouldn't use our sink that we were told we could use. So we had a hunt for a new one that day , and we had to have a neighbor come over and sit with them. They were supposed to replace the floor that was under the cabinet and reenforce it before putting the cabinet in. They were supposed to fix any gaps between the wall and floor. they told me that the floor was fine. You could clearly see the floor was old and had mold on it. You could see a small gap between wall and floor. I argued with them, but he would not replace it like they were supposed to do and what we agree to when we sign that contract. It was a total shit show that day, not happy at all. they had to send a plumber the next day to install the new sink that we got after they finished installing the cabinet. The plumber said that the cabinet was not even leveled and spent 2 hours leveling it The two guys that came to install my stepfather cabinet needs to be retained. Maybe if they reinforced or replaced the floor liked they were supposed to do , the cabinet would be more leveled. The rest of the cabinets that need to be done, I am going to Lowe's or home depot and buying them and it'll be a lot cheaper. I am not spending $35,000 to 40,000 to have 5 cabinets put into my house when I can have the whole kitchen remodeled for that price by a local contractor. Or I could buy a really nice car for that price. this was supposed to be low price for a senior citizen. How? 15,000 for 1 cabinet is supposed to be a good price for a senior citizen? I was the gullible one to have my stepdad, sign up and go with them. Gary was my salesperson. He was very nice, very pushy, but he did go above and beyond And help me with something that he didn't need to do. He is a very nice person and I like him. I'm sorry Gary, i feel like You lied to me and told me that everybody is well trained and knows what they're doing. Plus he also said they will reinforce the flooring under the cabinet. They didn't do that either. I tried to reach out to him after the job was done and he won't return my calls or text messages I left him. I am very disappointed in him for not taking the time to talk to me now, after he did the sale. They told me that water will not damage the countertops. They have reinforced the particle board and tested them. I wanted a stone one so it wouldn't rot like the one that are made out of particle board. Like the ones that you get from lowes and home depot. Thank god It has a lifetime warranty, so if it does get water damage and start to rot, I can have them replace. Shop around and beware, their employees are not thoroughly trained or well trained Like the salesperson tells you they are. The countertops and cabinets do look really, really nice. Thats why I am giving them 2 stars. 8/20/21 update: the regional manager finally reached out to me and he is sending someone out to take the cabinet out and fix flooring under it and reinstall the cabinet again. He said it will not be the two guys who came the first time. I still would like to get the other cabinet done that is next to the stove, but the sales person won't get back to me. Oh well, it's their lost.
