  I had my bathtub replaced with a walk in shower. All I can say is that it was a very thorough and well done job. My shower looks great and I have to mention the installer Carlos Caraballo who who did an outstanding job installing it.

  Kenneth Cook, the installer was fantastic, very polite and easy to talk to. He answered all our questions. The shower looks fantastic.

  You started our kitchen cabinets back in June of 2025. There were issues , & we needed to go away, but we were assured it would be completed upon our return..We're still waiting for you to complete the job. We have left 3-4 messages & spoken with Tyler who assured us we would be hearing from a person from Albany. That was a couple weeks ago. Still no phone call. We're beyond frustrated. I am beginning with your review page first to see if we get any response. I gave you one star because I couldn't give you a zero

  Originally scheduled to get an estimate for a bathroom remodel. Had to cancel the estimate due to a personal situation. This company has not stopped calling me to reschedule no matter how many times I say no or block their number. It is borderline harassment at this point! If I ever decide again to redo my bathroom I will never use this company.

  We had our bathtub installed by Kenneth Cook, He did the whole project alone in only 3 days and the results are perfect. efficient, and pays attention to every detail, we’re extremely happy and would absolutely recommend this company to everyone! he left the environment clean and he’s very reliable!
