  Do not recommend using this place. I had a load of material delivered, and instead of moving the truck forward to spread the pile out, the driver dumped it all in one spot. The weight of the material pushed against my neighbor’s vinyl fence and caused it to cave in. When I called to report the issue, I expected someone to at least listen and try to help. Instead, the person who answered was dismissive, repeatedly saying, “It is what it is—we just dump it,” and offered no solution or concern for the damage. What made the experience even more frustrating was the condescending attitude. I felt like I was being talked down to and having basic construction practices explained to me. Ironically, I’ve been a civil engineer working in construction for over 10 years, so I understand exactly what should have been done to avoid this situation. Good customer service goes a long way, especially when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, between the careless delivery and the poor response afterward, I can’t recommend this company.

  I purchase more the 1k in Materials here at this store and I had 10 bags of Portland cement left over. they didn’t take back for a refund. Very nice 👍 great customer appreciation. I WANT TO THANK NATALIE, FOR CONTACTING ME AND EXPLAINING THE STORE POLICIES. She offered to inspect the material I need to return and would take it back if is in good condition. Thank you.
