  We put in a new tankless water heater and Yuri and his team did an excellent job. Office staff was very helpful and always prompt in getting back to me with answers to my questions. After the work was done, they took very good care to clean up and make sure everything was neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend them and have already signed up for yearly maintenance with them.

  We called Yuri during the 90 degree heat wave we had in June: my parents' air conditioner had stopped cooling. He said he would try to get there the same day; he arrived at 8pm and fixed it. When days later the capacitor proved to be only part of the problem, he returned at 9pm on the same day we called and added refrigerant. He had five more calls that evening to tend to and he didn't anticipate getting home before midnight, but he was committed to his customers and their safety and comfort. We're happy with him and the experience and confident in his training and knowledge. Over a month has passed. Many sweltering days have come and gone and the AC is still working great. Thanks for assisting at a difficult time.

  Yuri came out so quickly and addressed ALL of my (multiple) problems that I was having with 2 different AC units quickly. He is very knowledgable and explained everything. His maintenance program is SO worth it! I'm so glad I found a trusted and available HVAC person near me that I don't have to wait WEEKS for! Thank you, Yuri! :)

  I’ve used Napier twice in the last 3 months and both experiences were great! First, my 36 year old furnace died (while it was still cold outside) and last week my 36 year old ac unit bit the dust. In both instances, I had relief within a week . In fact, the new ac unit was installed in 4 days (the following day it was 95!). Uri and his guys are professional, friendly and very patient with all my questions. Thanks Napora!
