  Dan was my technician he was very knowledgeable and friendly , he changed a light switch and door bell transformer in no time he was fantastic I highly recommend this company thank you for a great job.!!

  Will, Zach, and Gabriel replaced my electrical panel. They were fantastic. Easy to work with, took great pride in their work, explained everything, and made sure everything was fully functional. They took extra time to walk me through the changes made and answer all my questions before they left. The office staff was also very easy to work with and very friendly. Good communication on when they would arrive and included photos for verification. I would definitely do business with Lon Lockwood electric again.

  Michelle was very friendly, patient, and accommodating. She took the time to explain everything clearly and walked me through the next steps so I knew exactly what to expect. Dan, the electrician, was also very thorough. He explained the process from start to finish and made sure everything was easy to understand. Both were professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Overall, I had a great experience and really appreciated the level of service they provided.

  I was having a crackling sound at my electrical panel and Shane arrived timely to check it out. He was very polite, professional and seemed quite knowledgeable. He thoroughly addressed my questions and concerns and was very good at explaining exactly what needed to be done to remedy the situation. Since I'll need to replace the full panel, I am getting additional quotes. However, whichever way this goes I am totally pleased and satisfied with the expedient service I got from Shane and Lockwood Electric.

  I have been raving about this company to all of my friends and family because of their outstanding customer service and clean, detailed work. The office provides gentle reminders about upcoming appointments, sends the customer a photo of who is coming out with a brief background, and the technician takes their time to answer all questions with the upmost respect. The electrician(s) who came out for the job were finished by the time I returned home from work, and they had full access to the basement while I was gone. I plugged in my RV into the new outlet they installed, and everything was perfect! The line they ran along the house looks neat and clean as well. Not only did I receive a follow-up phone call regarding my service, but the company sent me a thank you card afterwards. I’m thankful for every step of customer care and consideration this company offers!
