  I am a first time customer of Lon Lockwood Electric. They were very easy to work with right from the phone call through to the service. I really liked the extra touch of introducing you to the tech via text message, giving a little bit of his background and a photo. I will use their service again.

  The team from Lon Lockwood was great to work with from start to finish. They removed the old lights in the bedrooms and installed new ceiling fans. The work couldn’t have been more professional, and the results are fantastic. In the living room, they installed new lights and a new ceiling fan. They paid attention to the details and made sure that I was satisfied with the placement of the fixtures. They worked efficiently without rushing the job, and cleaned up absolutely everything (including dusting and vacuuming!) This is the second time I’ve used Lon Lockwood for a sizable project at my house. I’m so glad that I chose them. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and can recommend them wholeheartedly.

  *UPDATED TO ADD* My service was able to be scheduled for the very next day after my quote. Three technicians worked quietly, seamlessly and tirelessly throughout the day to have each of my bedroom overhead lights re-wired to switches and installed as well as four recessed lights with dimmers in my living room. Mike, Gabe and Evan were wonderful, friendly, caring and understanding of my needs as well as tidy and professional during the entire process. the office staff I dealt with primarily was named Jess and I had to have called her no less that 17 times with questions and changes and revisions, and she answered, explained and went over everything with me with grace and the patience of a saint. The entire experience was a 5/5 from start to finish and I highly recommend Lon Lockwood Electric for all your home or commercial electric needs, from fair pricing, to quality service and passion for what they do, these men and women have it all. I scheduled a quote to have some overhead lights installed in an upcoming nursery project, and our tech arrived on time and checked everything out offering both professional input and personal advice regarding light replacement, switches, and full electrical revamp. The rates we were given were fair and within the range we were looking to spend and everything was explained in a way that was customer friendly and easy to understand. We are incredibly appreciative to both the company and the technician, Shane, who was friendly, knowledgeable and very obviously had a passion for both his work and his customers. We are looking forward to proceeding with the projects proposed in the coming weeks!

  Today while having my roof replaced a circuit kept popping off leaving several rooms without electricity. I called Lon Lockwood electric and they were able to send out an electrician in less than 3 hours. Dan was very personable he asked questions and even spoke to the roofing supervisor for clarification. Turned out I had an improperly installed fan in the crawl space of the attic, that I knew nothing of; that had caused the short. Dan quickly solved the problem at a great price. He also vacuumed behind himself. I have saved their name in my phone in case anything else electrical comes up. The entire experience was great.

  There are simply not enough good things that I could share about Lon Lockwood. From the office staff to the technicians they have been wonderful. After a scary electrical problem at my house they came to the rescue. They were quick, efficient and kind from beginning to end. They made me feel safe and comfortable in my house again. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for all that you do!
