  They are wonderful to work with. Arrived on time. Very polite and did all the quardinating with RGE. price was lower than original est. Would highly recommend them.

  We have used Lon Lockwood for several projects at our house and have recommended them to our friends and family. Dan on the team has been the lead on many of these projects, and he is excellent.

  We had never used Lockwood before, but they were wonderful. They quickly responded to an issue we did not know would be so serious, diagnosed it and gave us the best temporary options while setting up a complete fix as well as bringing us up to new code standards. That job included efficient coordination with their office staff for town permits and RG&E and consistent updates for us along the way. When the situation worsened before the scheduled date for fixing, they again came quickly, clearly understood the problems, rescheduled everything as an emergency, had a crew out here the next day and those men worked hard for hours. As a result, we feel so much safer and know we can sell the house and not worry for the new owners. Would I use them again, absolutely.

  Lon Lockwood Service Rep, Sales Rep, and Technicians made life so easy with friendly, easy, hassle free service. The service rep was extremely helpful getting us set up with the technician to come out and give us an estimate on what we needed to have done. The sales rep/technician came out and gave me a hassle free estimate. The technicians came out, very polite, personable and professional and did a fantastic job. The technicians were very clean and explained everything that theyvwere doing. All the Lon Lockwood representatives were amazing and they also do what all business representatives should do and treat the job they are doing as if it was their house and they all take pride in their work from start (1st phone call getting set up) to the end (last phone call asking how they did at the completionof the job).
