  ATTENTION - Stop looking for your guy, you found him and his TEAM! If, like me, you are nervous, and tired of looking for old school quality, expertise, speed, availability, cleanliness, fairness and friendliness. These guys ARE TOP NOTCH. This is no exaggeration. I am in 68-degree bliss with 90-degree sweat box days and 78 degree nights. See, the early part of July in 2026 has been UNUSUALLY very hot. It went from 60 to 90+ in a week. I contacted AV Enterprise and Alex looked at my system months earlier and I did not act quickly. BIG MISTAKE. I was slow acting because I could not believe my system was in such dire condition. I did my own SLOW research, and he was right about everything. Furnace was shot and VERY dangerous, it could have killed all of us. The A/C was old freon and leaking, compressor just limping along. An older freon recharge alone would cost thousands, I think it is $900 a pound now because of the crappy regulations. You can recharge and now you have to repair the leak, if you can find it. Here is the sad part, now it was too late to avoid the heat, I was GOING to suffer and we did. Especially having to work from home some BRUTALLY HOT days. Well as I said Alex and team were right and my entire HVAC system needed to be replaced. Furnace was 30+ years old and A/C was 28+ years old. I had to sizzle the first part of July with near record heat, reaching a feels like 100+ at times. Sauna like humidity, day and night. I have been here my whole life and don't remember first days of July heat like this, day after day. My early spring plan failed miserably. My brand-new window unit could hardly cool one room let alone any other areas of the house. I had fans everywhere; they did little to help. It was like stirring soup. It was a 80 degrees on the first floor, second floor 82+ degrees. Now the GOOD report. In 1 single morning I had a brand-new Amana HVAC system installed, done by 11:00 AM. Over. PUMPING ICE COLD AIR EVERYWHERE. House was cool before the afternoon heat. By night it was an igloo. The system is quiet, efficient and looks great! A workhorse. See the newer A/C and furnace tech has come a long way in 30 years. That night was so cool in the house I had to get blankets. When I got up every room was cool. Can't wait for a warm comfortable winter. Even better during the change of seasons (Spring/Fall) now I don't have to manually switch the system back and forth, on and off as the weather fluctuates 30-40 degrees. Wife complaining that its cold and then later it's hot. If I want, with my new Ecobee thermostat it does this automatically. Hands free, auto pilot! With that Ecobee app you can control many things.   We have had AV Enterprise recently install a new furnace but before that they have installed a new hot water tank and done electrical work. Alex is very friendly and makes it a point to say hello and talk with my parents before and after doing the job! The whole family is very helpful and caring. I highly recommend AV Enterprise!

  Alex is the man. Plain and simple. He always makes himself available. He's very personable and knowledgeable. He even hooked up a loaner thermostat when ours was giving us trouble. It gave me a few days to buy a new one and install it. We can't recommend him enough!
