  Absolutely blown away by the service I received from Charlie and his crew at JAC Contracting today! From start to finish they were top notch — professional, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and extremely fair on pricing. What really impressed me was the speed and expertise. My electrical issue seemed very difficult and another company needed extra time just to try and figure it out. Charlie came in, diagnosed the problem, and had everything fixed in a matter of hours. That level of experience and confidence is hard to find these days. Both of the guys were courteous, respectful, and clearly takes pride in their work. It’s rare to find a company that combines outstanding customer service with quality workmanship the way JAC Electric does. I truly cannot say enough good things about the service I received today. If you need electrical work done, do yourself a favor and call JAC contracting. Highly recommend — you will NOT be disappointed!

  I went with JAC contracting because of their popularity and they were the only ones recommended for installing a PTAC unit. Our home had power issues and I was hoping for diagnostic help along with install, JACs sticker was on our electrical panel so I hoped for some familiarity. The quick suggestion of cheap fixtures and lightbulbs with no further investigating should have been a red flag, but I accepted it as possible. With the PTAC I was initially unimpressed by his lack of communication, chasing down a quote and confirmations. Upon completion I noticed rough j channel and mudding, the mud was inside part of my unit not allowing the cover to come off and on smoothly or without damaging the wall. Later when issues arose I felt dismissed and was told to contact another person, with the help of Google and a qualified electrician we found loose wiring and an improper and unsafe installation. When this was brought to his attention I received “Glad it’s fixed”. Mind you the proper and required installation was in the manual, on the unit and easily found on Google. I also found out that my “fixed” outdoor receptacles which I requested be disconnected from a bathroom circuit were not disconnected or done to an appropriate standard. I wouldn’t recommend or trust his work to be adequate, safe or up to code.

  Charlie made a house call on Easter Sunday when our electric went out. Investigated the problem, found a solution to get our power back on that day and followed-up to finish the job. Thank you!
