  I can't recommend these guys enough! Went from no water at 6 AM to issue identified at 11 AM to well pump replaced by 2 PM. It was obvious that he tried to identify less expensive fixes before pulling the well pump. Even then I was told candidly that the pump was still OK and it was a wiring issue. I decided to replace anyway for peace of mind as it's ~15 years old, but it's great to experience honesty in a time sensitive situation. Thank you!

  Want to give a quick shout-out to Quackenbush Water! This is my third time working with them and every time they do a great job. Called them late last night and they were out first thing this morning. Friendly, thorough, and always fair prices. They *could* have told me I needed an entire new well pump (I'd have no idea), but instead they found the smaller, less expensive thing that was actually at fault and saved me a ton of money. And did it all in the ice and snow with smiles on their faces. Truly a good, honest company that you can trust.

  Hello! My water stopped working a few days ago and I called Jeff, he answered right away and he came within an hour! There was definitely luck on my side that day with such a quick response! He got started right away and I was up and running within 3 hours! I am very impressed with Jeff and his company! I highly recommend!

  I called Darrell for a second opinion, because I had gotten a wildly expensive quote from a large plumbing business in the area that was well reviewed. I was having water pressure/water heat issues in my showers, and the first company I had called ignored those issues, and wrote me an absurd quote for replacing my outdated filtration system and well water tank. I didn't realize until they left that I had no solutions for the issues I had called them for, and a massive estimate to replace all the equipment I had. Darrell responded quickly, came to my house and inspected my equipment as well as tested my water. While he was here he advised me on some simple fixes for my water pressure and shower heat (changing the shower head, and adjusting the heat limiter behind the shower faucet) both of which ended up working great. Later he called me and told me that my water tested fine, and I didn't even need most of the filtration equipment that the previous homeowner had installed, let alone need to replace it all. He also told me that my well water tank was fine, just in a strange position, something my the previous company also said needed replacing. Darrell came with a few very polite gentlemen, removed all my outdated and unnecessary filtration equipment (as well as my old well water tank as I decided it was old and was probably due for a new one soon anyway), replaced it with only an iron filter and a new well water tank. Now my water pressure is even better than it was after I changed the shower heads, and my basement no longer looks like a chemistry lab with 4 large tanks that weren't even necessary or functioning. All for a far more affordable price than the first company I had contacted offered. My advice, skip the large plumbing company and stay local. You can tell Darrell is honest the first time you meet him. Had I not asked him for a second opinion, I'd be stuck with a massive bill and a brand new enormous filtration system that I didn't need.
