  I want to thank Bruce Blankenship for his absolute FIRST CLASS handling our building. His patience and his crew that worked behind him.   Call today to get some information about their residential buildings and talked with a very nice lady who basically told me she was instructed not to give out any of the information I was looking for like their time frames and prices. I was fairly disappointed at the interaction and I understand that we're at an earlier point in the building process than they normally start at but there's a lot of builders in Western New York and the interaction definitely helped me decide that these guys are playing games that I'm not interested in.

  Went to their location day after a holiday and the salesmen were all out. Secretary took my info and said a salesman would call. He did, 6 weeks later. We had a in depth discussion of a building and he said he would get back to me with a quote. That was over 3 months ago and I am still holding my breath, waiting. Their buildings are nice but how do you get one erected? I'd hate to see how long it took to put up once a deal was made. I'm going elsewhere.
