  Less than a year ago his company put a new roof on everything here. Now leaking Skylights. I've contacted him via phone and email. He would not acknowledge me. Then the other owner of our house, jointly owned, contacted him and then he wanted to come in the house, which he did, to see the damage. So I said to Mooney, "why have you been ignoring my requests?" He said he never heard anything from me. So I said Right. He totally lost his temper starts smacking his fists into his hands and screaming at me. Very aggressive. Then after he had left he tried coming over here two more times. I am by myself in this house as a woman. Very threatening. As of now, it is not repaired. And he is my neighbor living right beside me.

  They did my roof in 2017, so it's still covered by the 10 year labor warranty. In the fall of last year, I noticed a leak. Called and left a message. Called a few more times and was told he was going to come out and take a look. Never saw or heard back from him. Tried scheduling something this year, but no one answers and voicemail box is full. Called someone else to take a look. The new roofer sent me pictures showing the roof was not properly done. Caulking was done instead of flashing in most places and flashing was done in some places but not properly. The caulking is cracking and the poorly done flashing has pulled away, causing wind driven rain to be able to come in. I thought I had made the right choice going through this business. Very disappointed that I was wrong.

  Excellent work. Moondog is the man! One of the best around. Does great work and has given opportunity to so many over the years even when most wouldn't. Some being our last shot like myself. Has been a big community man for years. Worked on some of the biggest projects in both Buffalo and Rochester area contracting. Amazing experience

  Wonderful hard working man Terry is... Almost 70 years old still wakes up every day works from 5am to 5-6pm. Can't get the man to let up haha! Nah but Terry is a great man. Company has been around for 30+ years coming as a immigrant from UK in the 60's with nothing to starting a company over here in good ole Warsaw 30+ years running . Incredibly hard working man... Takes great pride in his job and has been doing it for years. Roofing, Gutters, Drywall, Painting, Carpentry, Deck work, Complete home remodeling, etc... Mooney Construction truly does it all. And most of all Terry is always willing to work and make things right when needed.. almost to a fault where people try to take advantage. But overall great work, with great workers some who have been with them for 20+ years like Jimbo, etc. If you want to support local home town businesses must go to Terry... one of the best around.. even in these crazy tuff times. Warsaw NY. Terry Mooney construction. A+++
