  Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Windows World of the Hudson Valley from beginning to end! From the very first consultation, the entire process was explained to us clearly and thoroughly, step by step. Everything we were told to expect—from the initial quote and purchasing process to the ordering, delivery, and installation—was exactly how it happened. The consultation gave us a clear understanding of what the process would look like, and there were no surprises along the way. Once our windows arrived, we received a call letting us know they were in and were able to schedule our installation appointment. Everything continued to move along smoothly and exactly as explained to us from the beginning. When installation day arrived, the crew was truly outstanding. From the moment they got here, they worked nonstop and were incredibly courteous, professional, and respectful of our home. They clearly took pride in their work and did an amazing job. When they finished, they cleaned everything up and left our home just as neat and clean as it was before they arrived. We couldn’t be happier with our new windows or with the entire experience. It is so refreshing to work with a company that does exactly what they say they are going to do and follows through every step of the way. From the consultation, to the purchase, to the phone call letting us know our windows had arrived, and finally to the installation—we were extremely pleased with every part of the process.   We were about to close on a house in Beacon which had all brand new windows- Window World sticker still attached- when the inspector pointed out that the windows did not meet Beacon code. Despite selling the prior owner the more expensive 27’s, what they had given him were 28’s. We had to delay our closing, and Window World demanded we pay $250 for them to “transfer the warranty” to us, the new owners, to fix what should have been done correctly the first time. We did, and shortly after closing they came and switched out 19 windows, while the house was still vacant and under construction. Two weeks later, upon moving in, I discovered just how poor their work is. I have enclosed some pictures of what they consider “finished work’. Windows are not sealed well. Breeze comes through as well as all kinds of bugs. Most of them are missing trim on at least one part. And they look awful. My request that Window World come fix this led to them offering to send a sales rep. My request that they send me a copy of the original contract, which I paid $250 to have transferred to us as new owners, has been igonred three times. Rude and very dishonest, but I don’t need to go on further. My pictures speak for themselves.
