  We used this family owned business in 2012 and again in 2026 to install laminate flooring. Absolute perfection and very efficient/knowledgeable/professional.

  Would give Personal Touch Flooring ten stars if I could! They have a wide selection of beautiful flooring at all price points, and Heather was very knowledgable and helpful, making what could have been a difficult decision-making process relatively easy. The Joe’s (father and son) were professional, friendly and very easy to work with, and did an exceptional job removing the old (carpeting) and installing the new (solid hardwood 5” plank flooring). They worked non-stop in the time they were at my home, and did a beautiful installation and thorough clean-up. I will use this family-run business again, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality flooring.

  Amazing!!! From showroom to final installation! Whole house wood flooring a three day job. Joe, Joe Jr., and his team went above and beyond from measuring to install. So much personal attention, feels like family when you walk into the showroom. Phone pick up and answer too, very accessible, easy sample sign out with tons of choices! Don't be intimidated by this lovely white colonial house showroom as a sign of expensive! Prices are lower to competitive to the big box stores and local flooring stores. BUT... owner installed and attention is priceless!!! They had free rip out of carpet too, a total plus.The care and detail to precision we have not experienced before.They treated our home like their own. So informative from moisture readings, to wood acclimation, everything for success of product install. NO other estimator even mentioned these precautions. Constant communication too during the installation process of where, what and when to make this a smooth process! I did my homework.. 3 estimates and researched for months.. A+ to this family business!!! So thankful! Our house is unrecognizable now!

  We have used Personal Touch flooring for several projects in both our previous home and our new home. From purchasing the products to the final installation, they are such a joy to work with. Always polite and professional and they always go above and beyond. We are always more than satisfied once the installation is done because they do such an amazing job. Highly recommend them!
