  Loved working with David and his crew he came consulted, executed and finished before the time frame he estimated. Also cleaned up and took all the old material. I would definitely recommend and be working with him again Old deck to new deck

  We had a great experience working with this contractor. He did an excellent job on both our roof and deck. The roof needed a full replacement, including all new plywood since the existing wood was completely worn out, and everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. He also rebuilt our deck from the ground up using Trex decking because the base of the previous wood deck had rotted out. The transformation is incredible. It looks absolutely beautiful and feels solid and well-built. The team was professional, hardworking, and paid attention to detail throughout the entire project. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

  Sorry to say that after a nice meeting with David and George to go over my project I had to call several times to try to get the estimate. David told me he had issues with his email and would call his secretary to give me a number over the phone which he never did . I really wanted to give David the job and work with him and support small business but unfortunately if he can’t figure out how to make his email work it makes me wonder how good of a job his concrete work really is. By the way after calling a few times he stoped taking my calls a word of caution and the good news there are other small businesses in the area .

  I recently had my deck replaced on my home. David and his team were very friendly and professional with me. The deck was immaculate! They executed my vision to reality beyond my expectations. And left everything nice and clean. I definitely recommend them for your home needs.

  I strongly advise against hiring Chutos Construction. My experience with this company was nothing short of disastrous. In July 2023, I paid a deposit for a construction project that was repeatedly delayed with promises of imminent start dates. After months of empty promises, Chutos Construction suddenly claimed the building was unsafe and therefore unable to proceed with the work. This is a completely unacceptable excuse, especially after holding onto my deposit for over a year. It's evident that Chutos Construction is unreliable, unprofessional, and has no regard for their customers. Their behavior is deceitful and dishonest. Please avoid this company at all costs.
