- MAM AikensMay 4, 20261.0No issues with structure itself. Victor, NY affiliate has absolutely awful installers and customer service. Corporate people were very friendly and helpful but I shouldn't have had to go that far to get things done right. Do not use the Victor location, this includes purchasing from Home Depot.

- TGTod GentryNov 22, 20241.0Ordered a tuff shed on 11/10. Confirmed via docusign and the scheduler penciled me in for delivery and install. An installer called me the night before confirming installation. On the day of install, no call no show. Eventually received a call from fabrication saying that the scheduling department had not communicated with the fabrication department, there was no shed to deliver. Ok. I had taken the day off from work, so I asked for a solution. I was told they will fabricate the shed that Thursday and pencil me in for Friday install. Again, I took off from work. The installer texts me that morning (this morning, 11/22) asking to delay the install because of rain. It's November in NY. It rains. Furthermore the paperwork I signed explicitly states that the installs occur in all weather. The installer stated he would push off install until 10/1030 and was on his way to pick up my shed. By 130 this day I began calling to see where everyone was. Scheduling department said they would call me back, but I received no call back. I called again and spoke with a man who said "I was just about to call you". Turns out the installer went to the shop to get the shed but it wasn't there. At no point did I receive a call. The lack of communication this company can get by on is astounding. The scheduler I spoke with offered to rectify the situation which I declined. My confidence in a professional installation is non-existent and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
