- TDTrisha DUDEK5 days ago5.0When my boiler broke in dead of winter they came out right away and even provided us with space heaters while we waited for delivery of our unit. The guys were very professional and nice. They let me know what was going on every step of the way.
- HBHank BensleyMay 12, 20265.0We had a service call on a newly installed boiler by the seller. A circuit board was replaced and heat was on again. The heat wouldn't turn off when the set temp was reached. We have radiant heat and 4 zones. Instead of simply replacing all thermostats Patrick and Alex troubleshot the system. This was the first time out of hundreds of installs that resistors were required across the thermostat wires. They saved me $1,200 by doing this. We signed up for their monthly service plan since we feel they can be trusted in the long run since they showed they can be trusted in the short term.

He reconnected the air input pipe that was disconnected last winter due to high snow level . He looked into on what it is going require to correct the problem, of extending the exhaust and air input pipes. He also checked the water softener salt supply and found it to be LOW. Add the re— supply of Salt to his trip over on Wed 5/13.. Thank You, Regards, John
