  Scott Brown a technician for Arctic Bear Plumbing and heating came to my house to fix my central air. Right from the start he was so friendly and put me at ease, knowing his job and explaining the possible repairs I might need. He talked to me in a respectful manner and was a joy to convey with. He repaired my problem very professionally and explained what he was doing. It was a blessing having Scott as my repairman, I highly recommend Arctic Bear for your plumbing and heating problems

  I've had one of their ductless ac/heat units for a year and just had the 1 year check up. Kevin and his assistant were on time, pleasant, informative, and knew what they were doing. They told me further about how to care for the machine and about services that would be needed in the coming years. Very professional and they did a thorough job. Thanks!!

  Prior to arrival the technician texted and called me to notify me of his ETA. The technician (Clay) was very respectful of our home. He promptly serviced our 3 indoor units and inspected our outdoor unit and a recommendation to install power protection for our equipment. I requested Clay to inspect our old oil furnace. Without hesitation he jumped right in and confirmed multiple ways that our unit is faulty due to a leaking combustion chamber.We discussed options and he refured us to get the opinion of an additional Artic Bear team member to offer us options and pricing. Clay is a superstar,the combination of his ambition, equipment and knowledge was rewarding to observe. The guy who came the next day (Jeff ) was knowledgeable of our equipment and recalled it easily from a couple of years ago when he quoted our new system. He clearly identified our situation and gave multiple options for remedies. What a great team to deal with. Artic Bear is cool in our house.

  I had another great service from Arctic Bear yesterday. My mini-split system was throwing a P6 code. The first visit they placed dye into the system. They came back yesterday and Clay was able to find the leak. He was very meticulous, checked over the whole system. The system is working great now. After the service he was kind enough to give me estimates on other projects I need to get done. He was very knowledgeable.

  I finally pulled the plug on replacing our kitchen sink after dealing with some drainage issues for months. The process was super simple and straight forward and the work was excellent! this was my first time doing any kind of project like this so i’ll give a more detailed review here to help anyone else who might need it. i scheduled an appointment on their website for an estimate. Tim came by to take a look at what they’d need to do to. we had to remove our old 20+ year old sink and all the old pipes underneath and replace it with brand new sink, faucet and pipes. Tim looked at everything and made sure the size of the new sink would match. He emailed over the estimate and i looked it over. I felt it was a reasonable price for how much work they’d have to do so i was ready to do it. The morning after i signed it, i got a call from their main office to schedule the work in two days time when I would be free. Logan came for the install and Tim came by as well. They really did an amazing job. Sink fit flawlessly and all the new piping looks great under the sink. It was the hottest day of the week as well so I truly appreciate their work that day. Once everything was done and cleaned up, they took the old sink to dispose of for us and I was able to pay the invoice with a credit card directly with them. 10/10 recommend Arctic Bear for anything plumbing related. I’ve also had a toilet installed in the master en suite a few years ago and that was also an excellent job done. Everyone was professional and friendly. Thanks again!
