  We had a wonderful experience with Innov8tive in replacing our oil tank in a timely and professional way. I've written a few reviews but somehow they're vanishing from Google, so I'll try again as they were very good to us. When a small issue arose, "Donnie" came over limping from an injury just to assist. The tank was perfect then as was the service from start to finish. Donna & Kevin.

  I would highly recommend them. All the other companies that we contacted were unsure that our tank would work in our space. They came with a model to ensure that the tank would fit. They were very professional and there were no issues with the installation.

  Could not be more pleased. Price to gather all permits, coordinate with City of Yonkers Building, Parking and Police went quick and without a hitch. Work to excavate old oil tank, take samples, discard debris and cement over excavated area was done quickly and smoothly. Also, the price for the concrete work was better than any quote I got from a third party mason. Norine and her field team were amazing. Took care of every concern in the most professional and expeditious manner. Permits and all paperwork were done well in advance of closing for sale of the property. People I've spoken to about jobs in Yonkers could not believe how Norine and team got the red tape taken care of so quickly. Innov8ive could invade Cuba and WIN. Just an amazing group.

  From the point of our initial contact with Donnie and then Norine, we have witnessed excellent service beyond expectations. They took care of all the contacts necessary with the town and expedited the process. In addition, their proposal came in right on the money. There were no hidden fees or surprises. The crew showed up promptly as scheduled and answered all questions that were asked of them on site. They were neat and moved any additional items in order to provide the best installation possible. At this point we are at the closing phase, awaiting papers from the town for a certificate of compliance. We would highly recommend them, and our neighbors have already inquired about their services. All of the work was done on site in one day, as promised.

  Meet the greatness service, since I moved into my house. *I had a big issue, a lot of stress, we I moved into our new house, and got a issue with a oil delivery company, they delivered when I had not asked for that 2nd delivery service, because I knew my tank wasn’t in good condition after test, but I had to get oil (1st delivery) because winter 2019 was in the corner, ( it that belongs to other review). So, here I was, just moved into new house, possible oil leaks, winter coming, it happed in November 2019, over stress, I am new on this, I heard it will be expensive if there is a leak, I had to remove old tank and install a new one........then luckily I found INNOV8TIVE Enviromental service Online, and talked to Donnie, Donnie Was available to schedule for a quote, he came and was from the first time very professional, we walked and show me how will they do they job, where will they put the new thank, how long will this take, it’s make us hire INNOV8TIVE instead of other quotes( I got many quotes), INNOV8TIVE was available to do all in one, remove old tank, install new one, fill the whole after remove old tank, get permits from town, in other words I have to basically make they payment. At the schedule date, they arrive on time, did they job (saved good Oil from old tank and they moved to new tank) and surprise, there was Years of oil leaks, again I felt that it was to much for me.... but when we talked with Donnie he was a great human, very professional, he was there to explain how to proceed and solve this problem, so again I have to get a quote for remediation, as the first time we came and explained in person what’s the process, and how will they work. We were not available to pay this, so had to wait and wait due the COVID-19 as well it had to wait, one day I got a call from town (Fire department), I had a violation ticket because my spill number was still open, (1000 feed per day if it’s now solved in 30 day) again Donnie was there to help us, he personally talked to fire department, and his office was available to follow everything until my case was closed. We highly recommended INNOVO8TIVE environmental services, they are very professional, both jobs were completed in 2 visits, it worth what they charge, they handle everything. 5*. Thank You so much for your services.
