- BRBarry Rutkin2 days ago5.0Should really be 4-1/2 stars, but they deserve rounding up more than rounding down. They installed my windows about three weeks after I placed my order (not bad, I think). The instalation crew was finished 4 minutes earlier than their estimate when they arrived. They left a clean house and yard, but I did find a couple of cosmetic issues. I would take a half star off for them having to come back a few days later, but they fixed everything, no questions asked. As for window quality, my double hung windows go up and down, lock and unlock and tilt out for cleaning and have a nice, clean look. So far, so good.

Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
