  Mad city did a bath remodel to walk in shower for me. It came out great! Better than I expected. Salesman Jay was fantastic , polite & knowledgeable. Their price was fair Better than competitors. Financing was easy and simple. My materials came in earlier than expected they got me right on the schedule. It really only took 1 day to completely remove everything and install all new fixtures. Can't say enough good things about them. Will definitely use them again if I need windows. Highly recommend them

  I've only got 3 bad reviews on my page. I usually try to keep the negativity to myself but man this bothered me so much that I am immediately going to address it. This isn't based on service because I didn't use them, this is a sales complaint. Sales rep called yesterday told them I'm not interested, blocked and they still called 3 times later that night. They called again this afternoon. I told them I'm not interested at this point and asked why. I replied with, I have a seriously ill child and all our money needs to go to that. That 100% should be the end of the conversation and end of the sales call. Instead he attempted to continually sell me. Seriously? So stop what I'm doing with my in and out of the hospital child. So I can get a sales presentation? I 100% now would not even consider your services (which we will need when we are out of this medical hole) just based on trying to sell me, after I told your sales rep that I have a seriously ill child. That's crazy work. Train your sales staff to be better humans. That is greasier than a Sbarro pepperoni pizza and gives off slimey used car sales vibes!

  My name is Trudy Carey, Wyatt Meyer installed my new shower today. He was very professional, friendly, and provided answers to all the questions I had. He did an amazing job. I recommend his services for any plumbing job. He killed it!!!

  If you are going to send sales reps door to door in Deerfield, NY, they must have peddlers permits issued by the town to do so.

  Salesman was arrogant and extremely pushy. The lowest payment he provided was less than $100 a month. I received the financial papers, and it was more than what he stated. Called the salesman and when I told him about the situation he said, "Oh I forgot about that" and laughed. Then told me to pay more a month than what is requested. smh. I have 7 more windows to complete and it won't be with Mad City Windows.
