We’re very happy with the results. The salesman was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The installation team did a great job. They removed a garden tub, extended a half-wall to the ceiling and completely wrapped the extended wall in the same material as the shower walls. The one shortcoming is that the shower base is not as slip-resistant as we anticipated, so we still need to use a shower mat to feel safe. The walls, doors, grab bars, shelves and plumbing fixtures are high quality.

replaced original 53 yr old tub + the alcove walls and ceiling it occupies; workmanship from the albany, ny office was superior - area prep and floor protection, installation, clean-up flawless

Mad city did a bath remodel to walk in shower for me. It came out great! Better than I expected. Salesman Jay was fantastic , polite & knowledgeable. Their price was fair Better than competitors. Financing was easy and simple. My materials came in earlier than expected they got me right on the schedule. It really only took 1 day to completely remove everything and install all new fixtures. Can't say enough good things about them. Will definitely use them again if I need windows. Highly recommend them

I've only got 3 bad reviews on my page. I usually try to keep the negativity to myself but man this bothered me so much that I am immediately going to address it. This isn't based on service because I didn't use them, this is a sales complaint. Sales rep called yesterday told them I'm not interested, blocked and they still called 3 times later that night. They called again this afternoon. I told them I'm not interested at this point and asked why. I replied with, I have a seriously ill child and all our money needs to go to that. That 100% should be the end of the conversation and end of the sales call. Instead he attempted to continually sell me. Seriously? So stop what I'm doing with my in and out of the hospital child. So I can get a sales presentation? I 100% now would not even consider your services (which we will need when we are out of this medical hole) just based on trying to sell me, after I told your sales rep that I have a seriously ill child. That's crazy work. Train your sales staff to be better humans. That is greasier than a Sbarro pepperoni pizza and gives off slimey used car sales vibes!
