  My wife and I hired Roy’s to clean the silt from our interior drain tile system, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. The appointment began about an hour later than scheduled. The technicians themselves were courteous, professional, and took the time to answer our questions, which we appreciated. However, the issues arose during the actual service. Rather than removing the silt separately, they flushed it into our sump pump crock and used our sump pump to remove the debris. This process ultimately damaged our approximately $400 sump pump and battery backup system. Although they did replace the pump, it was with a significantly less expensive model after initially assuring us that our original pump would be fine. As a result, we estimate we lost about $150 in value due to the replacement. Additionally, the discharge line leading to our yard was not flushed after it became filled with silt and debris during the cleaning process. It seems reasonable that this line should have been cleaned as part of the service. We were also told the sump crock would be cleaned out, yet there are still approximately 3–4 inches of silt remaining at the bottom. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. While the technicians were friendly and professional, the quality of the work did not justify the significant cost of the service. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend Roy’s for interior drain tile cleaning.

  I couldn’t recommend Josh Butry enough! I’ve been in my home for almost 2 years and it has been nothing short of frustrating and exhausting the amount of repairs I’ve had done. I went to Roy’s last year when my water boiler died and didn’t have a second thought when I had a leak in the same room. I’ve been anxious over this issue since I made the appointment but Josh made the experience as seamless as possible. Josh was thorough in explaining what could have happened, what actually happened and what the next steps were! I feel lucky that it was a “small” issue and he was able to fix it in the same day! He also gave me recommendations moving forward! I will definitely be requesting Josh as my preferred plumber!

  I called them to snake my kitchen drain the guy looking around my home and say oh drain wont come clear I have to call my senior advisor over so senior advisor comes to my home and say oh we have to repipe your line which was BS and said 2300 dollars it went from 215.00 to 2300 scammers I called T-Mark to snake my drain 199.00 with a warranty. Had to do a review tried to scam on a woman.

  Aaron came out the next day from my call. My AC was blowing hot air when it was 92 degrees outside 😩, he came right on time and immediately took care of the problem, when he left we were nice and cool. Aaron was very professional and friendly, he explained everything that needed to be done and gave a price before he did the work. Highly recommend this company and Aaron.

  I had an estimate today with Mike Murphy. He was friendly, very professional and quite honest. I will not hesitate to use Roy’s in the future, as I can tell that they are customer oriented and trustworthy. Mike made me feel very much at ease.
