  Christian was AMAZING! 12/10 and definitely would recommend! We called for an issue with our outdoor spigot and water line. The scheduler (sorry forgot her name) was able to get us an appointment within 24 hours. Christian came out and was very professional, polite and efficient! He certainly went above and beyond for us! We would absolutely recommend Roy's to anyone we know looking for help with plumbing, heating or cooling! Thank you!

  Christian just stopped by to help out with a tricky clog in our tub that was giving us problems. He arrived early, even better than on-time. He was fast and professional and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and what I can do to help prevent the problem from returning. The price was great and after having a pretty negative experience with Roto Rooter recently Roy's has definitely won my business today. When I inevitably have another plumbing issue I can't fix someday I'll be calling them again for sure!

  After having been out of town for two weeks, my husband and I came home Friday night to find a cold house waiting for us as the heating system wouldn’t turn on. I frantically searched online Saturday morning to look for a heating and cooling company that would offer 24/7 emergency HVAC services and found Roy’s. They sent over their technician quickly, who diagnosed the problem, offered a couple of solutions for us to choose from, and installed a new system on Monday! We had a great experience with Roy’s and appreciate their professionalism, swift problem-solving practice, and transparency in pricing. Thank you so much!

  * The Good Used Roy's at my investment and personal house for HVAC services. Installation of new systems are solid. Not the most affordable, but reasonably priced, quick and clean install. Solid option for fresh installs. * The Bad DO NOT USE for any services maintenance related. I signed up for there annual membership for $150ish/yr. They provide HVAC inspections and cheaper dispatch fees. I can't tell if it's a lack of experience or a lack of integrity, but it's an organization that pushes big ticket repairs for unrelated problems. Our system worked fine, but after an annual inspection, we had issues with the furnace working, but on/off blowing cold air. 1 week and 3 technicians later, they conclude a control board is working, but it's not staying on due to a malfunction. They want to charge $1200 to replace and recommend we get a new furnace. We book an estimate for a new furnace and call a secondary company to take a look (T-****) a technician came out there and said, it's an easy fix. Cleaned the flame sensor and $75 later, it's been working for a over a week without any issues. New Technician said this isn't the first time they had to come for an easy fix after Roy's push a big item "unfortunately it's a poor practice and common in our industry." When we informed Roy's we had another company coming to take a look at the furnace as well for a second opinion and we still need the quote they never came, no call, no cancellation, nothing. They are usually very responsive. Seemed a little shady. Unfortunately won't be using this company again, maybe for a quick turnaround installation. I Recommend using another company for anything service related.

  Josh Butry was so helpful! You can really understand his wealth of experience, in-depth knowledge, and pride with his work. He took the time to explain basic and complex items I asked for help with. He went above and beyond making sure I had all of my questions answered and brought additional items I was unaware of without pushing a hard sale. He made sure I was comfortable with any decisions before going forward. Would absolutely recommend - the peace of mind he brought to the appointment was priceless. Updating to review installation. Noah Scott the technician was very professional! He was very kind, diligent, and efficient with his work. The installation went very smooth. The new tank, along with the rest of the work he provided (hookups, etc), looks so much better than the previous setup. It is such a peace of mind knowing everything is installed properly, professionally, and with care. Worth all the pennies! Thank you Noah!!
