  John M. from Noco was EXCEPTIONAL in so MANY AREAS with our Hone Inspection !!! Proper Tools from smelling devices and ladders and even his personal Willing to catch anything that needed attention @!!! I really didn't Want Him to leave when he was All Done iWith !!!@ Noco has a man who could Train anyone in this profession !!!

  NOCO offers very comprehensive Generator Maintenance, technician Tim was very thorough, answered all my questions without hesitation (he knows his stuff). Outstanding service, as well as their office staff is equally as good ... answers their phone, easy scheduling. Highly recommend without condition.

  I have used NOCO for two home projects. In 2025, they installed my EV Charger and in 2026 they did an AC "Tune Up". During the EV Charger install, they tried to use the wrong gauge of wire for the job to save costs, then argued with me about the safety for a week. They eventually came back and ripped out all of the wire and replaced it, but left a tremendous mess. I am fortunate to have spotted the discrepancy on the wire vs the estimate/job requirements. I am still cleaning up the sawdust mess they made drilling into the basement ceiling supports. In 2026, I took advantage of the end of season AC Tune Up offer. They came out, hooked up a tablet to the AC and sent me a PDF that said it was running ok. They did no "Tune Up" activities: no adjustments of parts, no cleaning, no oiling, etc. Just 20 minutes of letting an app run. I have given NOCO multiple chances to earn my support and they have failed me. I do not recommend.

  I called NOCO for a preventative maintenance checkup on my central AC. I was amazed at what was done: testing, photos of my system and a full written report of how my system was functioning. Although my system was only 4-years old, I was assuming that everything was going to be okay. Everything was green and no issues. "Joe" did a great job and hope to have him back during the winter months to get our furnace checked out. Joe even suggested to us where to get the best deal on furnace filters online. I used to pay about $22.00 (on sale) and I got a price for $8.00 each (a better filter too) and ordered them. BTW, this AC maintenance was only $49.99 (need to mention). A trusted name and a family business that's local. NOCO is the way to GO!

  Dana Gorecki did such a fantastic job going through my house and setting me up with everything that I needed to help keep my cost for home energy low.
