  I had my home insulated through the nyserda program. I chose NOCO to do the work and they were very responsive. The energy assessment was done promptly and was approved. The crew showed up on time, answered my questions and got to work. Kurt, the lead, answered all my additional questions through out the day. They cleaned up (I need a shop vac like they have!) and gave my dog lots of loving. I highly recommend NOCO.

From start to finish, the level of professionalism, communication, customer service, and quality workmanship was exceptional. A special thank you to Jacob P., who demonstrated what excellent customer service and skilled workmanship truly look like. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable, punctual, professional, and patient. He took the time to thoroughly explain the plumbing issue, what was needed to correct it, and the steps involved in completing the repair. His arrival and completion times were exactly as communicated, which I greatly appreciated. Jacob was respectful of my property, cleaned up after completing the work, and even provided before-and-after photos documenting the repairs. He also took the initiative to offer recommendations for future maintenance and preventative measures. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right did not go unnoticed. I also want to recognize Ilene in the business office, who was equally exceptional! Ilene went above and beyond to assist me with securing financing, explaining the application process and payment terms, and coordinating future appointments. What stood out most was her genuine empathy and understanding of the urgency of my plumbing situation. She was patient, responsive, and consistently followed up with timely answers to every question I had. Her professionalism and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. The collaboration between Jacob and Ilene was truly impressive. Both demonstrated accountability, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s refreshing to work with a company where both the field technician and office staff are equally dedicated to providing an outstanding customer experience.   Our technician Colin was amazing with communication. We received text messages and email the day of our appointment. This company if fabulous for keeping you informed. Colin, cleaned and diagnosed our furnace. Which sadly had issues. He and my husband figured out a plan and pricing for new furnace and a unit for our upstairs as well. So two different products we will be purchasing and installing. Colin, was great with explaining everything. He was very professional, personable, friendly, and we feel very comfortable with his experience in the heating and cooling profession. He was great working with my husband on our replacement furnace. Scheduled install day, pricing, all in one visit. We would recommend NOCO to all our family and friends. We've been a NOCO customer for years. Supplying all our propane needs.

  The service guy, Ken, was a very good installer of a water heater. Answered all my questions. Called Wednesday afternoon and came out the next morning at 8:30. Honestly he knew quite a lot.

  Jacob P and his co-worker came on 9/24 and added drains and drain tiles to our basement so it would stop the water from coming in they were amazing and very professional. They are extremely hard workers and got it done the same day! They worked through all obstacles and even got stung by a bee and finished the job. Amazing job guys!!
