  I noticed a slope in our floor and found a beam in our basement that looked a little funky to me (but I don’t know what I’m looking at). I called Frank’s for a free estimate and they dispatched Rick. He measured the slope, said it was too minor to be worth adjusting, and assured us that it was benign settling to keep an eye on over the years. He also checked the rest of our basement for issues even though we hadn’t asked him to. Rick gave us some extra reassurance about the rest of the structure too. As a first-time homeowner who doesn’t know much, I felt that he was really honest in advising against what could’ve been a very expensive job to convert a free estimate. Frank’s will be the first place we call when we (inevitably) need any kind of work done in our basement.

  Javi & Paul came out to repair our basement wall, and we were beyond impressed! From start to finish, they were personable, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and it was clear they took pride in doing the job right. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean and organized, and made sure the finished repair looked fantastic. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and answer our questions, which we really appreciated. Javi and Paul truly went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Frank’s Basement Systems is lucky to have these two representing their company. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing basement repairs and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.   This is a tuff one. Positive first, yesterday 10/5/26 Javi (team lead), Paul and Luke came to address a sill plate water leak on the top of my foundation, waterproof the Foundation, sill plate and rim joist. They did a fabulous job, about 5 hours, clean follow thru, I couldn't be any happier, I need a very heavy rain to test it, not that anybody wants that, but if it leaks Franks will come back out and assess it. They have been very proactive in get this corrected. My project started on 4/2025, it was 3 projects, drain tile from backyard to the curb, repair 5 foundation wall cracks and replace rotted sill plate and rim joist. Foundation cracks good job, no water on basement floor. Drainage job, gave me a 4 inch dam and small pond for my dog to bathe in, redid that work myself. Sill plate and rim joist, not installed or waterproofed correctly, Franks never gave me any pushback at coming out to correct the situation, however it took 3 trips to get it right and it is correct sealed and done, Thanks to Javi, the best problem fixer on this planet.
