- MOMike Overholt2 days ago5.0Would like to give a shout out to our service tech Erik A. He did an outstanding job servicing our basement system. He assured me our battery back up was functional and our back up pump was functional. He also cleaned our sump and had it looking brand new. Basically when he was done we were reassured everything was functioning properly and therefore I have the confidence our system is up to snuff. Erik was also very knowledgeable regarding a last minute dehumidifier installation. He took the time to add it to his busy schedule last minute and I’m so glad we got the dehumidifier we were looking for . Thank you very much.

Personable, answered all questions (I'm sure a couple of them were dumb, thank you Erik for not making me feel that way), completed his work efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Frank's basements.

- BBbyronJun 28, 20261.0I had Frank's Basement Systems come out for a quote on a basement drainage system, and the pricing left a bad impression. Their initial quote was over $8,000 higher than competing estimates for the exact same scope of work—an apples-to-apples comparison. As soon as I mentioned I had lower quotes, they were suddenly willing to match the competitor's price. That raises an obvious question: if you can lower the price by over $8,000, why wasn't that your price from the beginning? It feels like the initial pricing is inflated in the hope that customers won't shop around. I highly recommend getting multiple estimates before signing anything. In my experience, the pricing strategy completely undermined my trust in the company!
