  Javi was courteous, clean, and showed me the issue and repair. To add context, we hired franks many years ago to do basement drainage. Unknown to us, or them, a line was not properly capped resulting in a worse issue than we began with. Javi and Frank’s wanted to make it right! I am appreciative of them not asking questions and simply tackling the issue. Thank you Javi for making a call on our behalf and getting to the point

  Dale, Jake, and Austin helped us with our crawlspace for our new home. Great crew. Friendly, hard working, and my dog likes them so that’s always a plus. Dale was the foreman on the job and he was always available to answer any questions and keep us updated. A little wonky with their scheduling but the job got done in the end. The crew was very courteous and they cleaned up after themselves (THANK YOU). I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their basement or crawlspace.

  I had a crack in the foundation in my basement. Within a few days of calling Eric Randall came by to determine what needed to be done. He explained everything and let me know exactly what the cost would be. Today Mike Winski came to do the work. He is very pleasant and efficient working alone to do the repair. He even took a few extra minutes to show me how to use a power drill that I had a question about and noticed a hose that was leaking from my washing machine. Living alone as a senior citizen I try to take care of my home as best as I can and it was so helpful that this young man took the time to give me some advice.

  Our experience with Franks Basement Systems was awesome. Charles and his crew completed crack repair on 8 cracks and found 2 more small cracks which were repaired the following Monday. All work was performed in a very professional manner, plastic covering all of our shelves and the doorway to keep dust to a minimum. It has been 2 weeks since completion of the entire job and absolutely no more leaks have been observed. The Monday crew of 2 repaired the 2 remaining cracks in 2 hrs and did a great job, very professional and cleaned any dust they made This company is the best in the business in our opinion, a real credit to their craft. If you need basement repairs don’t hesitate to call Franks . They’ll treat you right and most importantly get the job done right the first time. Thank you to all involved in our repairs.

  Frank's Basement did an amazing job installing my basement drain tiles. The stress of a huge investment was made so much easier by their awesome staff. Starting with Mike T. - he spent two hours with me for my initial consultation, taking the time to explain everything in detail, showing videos of the work and how it will be completed, and answered all my questions. I appreciated his patience and thoroughness - I knew then that this was the kind of company I could trust. The crew came to complete the project and the team lead, Anthony, was so friendly and walked me through the process again. They got to work and after day 1, Anthony showed me in detail all the work that had been completed - and like Mike T., answered all my questions. Second half day he did the same in walking me through the basement upon project completion to explain what he and his team did - Dan B., Joshua W., Charles and Dan M. - they were all fantastic! I did my research before selecting Frank's and met with a couple of their competitors, and there was no doubt in my mind that Frank's was the best. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of waterproofing, particularly drain tiles. When you are investing in a costly but desperately needed project, you want the best - and I got it. Thanks to all at Frank's!!!
