- CHcharles hamilton2 days ago1.0I hired AVA to complete roof ear-off through an insurance claim. During the sales process, I had difficulty understanding Anatoliy (Tony) due to a lisp and I don't believe enough effort was made to ensure I fully understood the scope of the work before I agreed to it. As a result, I ended up approving additional work, including new gutters and soffit, that I'm still not sure I actually requested or fully understood. Because this was an insurance claim, I expected the company to act as a trusted advisor and clearly explain what was necessary versus what was optional. Instead, I left with the impression that the focus was on maximizing the insurance claim rather than making sure I understood the work being performed and was comfortable with the decisions being made. In my opinion, I felt taken advantage of during the process. My experience left me disappointed with the level of communication and transparency. I encourage anyone considering this company—especially for an insurance claim—to carefully review every item on the estimate, ask for written explanations of any additional work, and make sure you fully understand what you are authorizing before signing

Waited until the roof was done to say the gutter job would be weeks later, leaving me with no gutters. And takes no responsibility for any of it.

- RHRenee HarmackMay 29, 20262.0Roof was done well but they put a hole in my drywall inside my closet and never said anything. My crawl space was full of debris that had to be cleaned up. Landscaping edging was broken. My outdoor solar lights were ripped off and broken from my garage. To top it off, the workers set a heavy wooden crate against my furnace exhaust pipes and loosened the pipes. No attention to detail. Would not recommend.
