- EWEddie WongOct 29, 20265.0Mark and his crew replaced two oil furnaces + control boards. They did a very nice job. Crew were clean and neat. Mark is responsive /prompt and will go the extra yard to do a good job. Excellent upfront/fair pricing. Will use again in the future
- MCMoises ColonOct 28, 20265.0Aaron is very professional and informative, takes his time to explain how components work so the client can understand how they function. Very honest.
- GOGeorge OwensOct 26, 20265.0Excellent service. Personable, knowledgeable.
- RGRobert GagliardiOct 21, 20264.0Booked an appointment online and they were there the next morning. Made sure furnace was safe and came back a few days later for extensive cleaning.
- MKMarcio KobayashiSep 18, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The technician arrived at 1:30 PM, and after just 5 minutes, he claimed he needed to service the unit to make it work. I then ran into an issue where my credit card declined, and rather than checking the system or continuing to look at the issue, he just sat there doing absolutely nothing while I spent a full hour on the phone resolving it. I ultimately had to use Apple Pay to pay $444.33 instead of the $59.00 I expected. After ten minutes, he finally got the furnace lit. Despite bragging about being a "pro" with 18 years of experience, he failed to do basic checks to ensure everything was properly set for the fire to start safely. He didn't even notice that the furnace obviously needed cleaning until after the fact, at which point he tried to charge me an additional $850 just to clean it. At that point, I had to kick him out of my house. He spent more time bragging and waiting around than doing actual, professional work. I do not recommend this service.
