I originally had a disappointing experience because the job was not completed professionally. However, after I left my review, the General Manager personally called me to discuss my concerns. That meant a lot to me and showed that the company takes customer feedback seriously. He apologized for the experience, offered to send another technician to make things right, and provided a $100 discount on the bill. I truly appreciate him taking ownership of the situation and working to resolve it. While the initial service did not meet my expectations, the General Manager's professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction significantly improved my overall impression of the company.Thank you for listening to my concerns and taking steps to correct the issue. Customer service like that deserves recognition. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would not use this company again. My dishwasher had a draining issue. Before the technician arrived, I had already replaced the drain hose myself, cleaned the system, and even snaked the pipes in the basement. When the technician came, I explained everything I had done. To his credit, he was polite, and we worked together troubleshooting the problem.Eventually, we found the actual issue: a clogged elbow fitting in the drain line. Once that was discovered, he bypassed the elbow and connected the hose directly. The problem was solved, but he seemed ready to leave immediately afterward. The dishwasher was left unsecured, unlevel, and tilted forward. Now when the door is opened, the entire dishwasher tips forward, which was not happening before. I had to point this out, but it felt like he expected me to finish the installation myself. The biggest shock was the bill: $511. Considering I had already done most of the diagnostic and prep work, and the repair ended up being a simple clogged elbow, I found that price extremely excessive.I called the company the next day to complain. They said the charge was based on their system pricing and eventually refunded about $143, but I was still charged roughly $368 for what I believe was a very minor repair and incomplete service. The technician was friendly, but the overall value, workmanship, and pricing were disappointing. A dishwasher should not be left tilted and tipping forward ,For that reason, I cannot recommend this company.and I will never use their services I missed something he did notice leaking dripping water were the shutoff line for the dishwasher and didn’t do anything about it

My appointment was 8 to 11, the very nice technician arrived at 230. All I needed was a new sump pump put in and old one taken out. Pit already there nothing else wrong. $1600 I almost fell over. Roto Rooter is way too expensive. Ben Sure put in my original pump in
dug the pit waterproofed my whole basement for under $4000 with a Life time guarantee except for this pump. I ended up getting my son n law to do it, $300 for pump took only an hour to put in.

I had a busted pipe in my crawl space, so I called Roto-Rooter. They sent out someone pretty quick, which was the nice part. He seemed like a good guy, but was only the apprentice and needed to check in with his supervisor on stuff. He found where it was broken, but after a couple of hours/phone calls, it was recommended to repipe the whole house. I can't afford what the estimate was, so I told them to just fix it because every day more and more damage has been caused to our floors. That day I got a second call from the field supervisor, Jim Monette. He came in giving me the vibe that he was more like a salesman. I told him that we just wanted the fix and he said that he'd get a technician to our house the following morning, or the day after, at most. I didn't hear back the next day, almost called them, I didn't. The next day I called Jim early in the morning, he called the office and had them send an estimate. It was the same estimate as the repiping they already sent. I felt like either I was forgotten about, or they were trying to push it on me. I made more calls later on in the day and talked to someone who said they were the in-store manager and she told me they just flat out won't take on the project, unless they do a repiping. That all would be fine if they just told me the day they looked. They made me wait and make my own calls, all while more damage was being done to my home. I never write bad reviews for people, but it had to be said. Just be upfront and honest and don't try to sell me something I told you I can't afford.
