  I've been working with JK General Contracting for over 10 years! Jim always makes sure im happy with the work and always does a great job. His team has even rectified what a different contractor has messed up on. He stands behind his work and I always turn to him with any remodeling I do because of his service. He has worked on my rental properties along with my personal home. I will not go to anyone else ever again!

  I was just reminded to give Jim a shout out. I used him for a pretty large and extensive project to remove and rebuilt to large porches that were structural. At first I thought the quote was a little high, but let me tell you something you need to take seriously: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I have had NIGHTMARES with contractors who were cheaper. Jim executed the contract perfectly and finished ahead of schedule. Left the site clean and had no issues. I'll be using JK in the future for any large projects. I recommend!

  I used JK Contracting to turn my attic into a master suite. The owner, Jim, came to my home multiple times to discuss planning and the quote before we agreed to work together. Once we decided to move forward, Jim and his team were extremely professional and worked very quickly as well. I could not be happier with the way the bedroom turned out, it was exactly what I was looking for. The two guys who were the main guys on my project (Jim & Scott) were so friendly and explained everything they were doing and answered any questions I had. I really enjoyed working with them. They also cleaned up really thoroughly every night before leaving. I would recommend JK Contracting to anyone looking for renovations, I could not have asked for a better experience!

  Jim and Mike did above and beyond work for me and my company. fair pricing and fast work. Communication with Jim and his employees were great! knew what was going on every step of the way.
