  From the first interview with Rhonda to the final goodbye with Ben, our experience with Cooney has been wonderful! They answered all our questions, kept their word with the quote given, figured out how to install our system into our complicated layout, left us with everything clean, and every worker was respectful and pleasant! Thank you Rhonda, Brian, Ben, Matt, Oden, and Zach! We are very impressed with your work ethics and the excellent job you did!

  Zack came on time and was thorough in his review and maintenance of my air conditioning system. He kept me informed of what he was doing and of the condition of the machinery. He was very neat and efficient. I appreciated his professionalism.

  My husband and I recently had to have a new Lennox furnace/AC Installed to replace our 28 year-old system. The service we got from Cooney was magnificent. The representative Ron was at our home exactly at 10 AM the next morning after we called. We signed the contract that morning. Ron was so knowledgeable about the product and he inspired much confidence for us. Bright and early Monday morning the crew of three young men came to our home and made the installation. They were all very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, did a superb job and left everything in an immaculate condition. The last several days we’ve had The chance to use both the heating and the air conditioning at different times and we are so pleased with our purchase. The equipment is so quiet and efficient. My husband and I can’t thank and recommend Cooney enough.

Alexander the service technician, was very courteous, professional, and communicated well with me on the repair, and future service needs they provide.   Members of our family have been customers for over 20 years and have always had wonderful service - mini splits, heat pump, boiler/on demand hot water, propane and natural gas furnaces. They are easy to deal with and always follow through. Cameron, Matt, Zach and Shawn were our installers on our most recent project replacing mini split units . They rolled in with 4 vans, on time, knowledgeable, courteous and treated our home as if it were their own. Ron Stevens has been our trusted sales representative. He does a great job evaluating the situation and going through options. They sell excellent products that can handle our extreme winter/summer weather. Happy to see that Cooney's service has not changed in all these years.
