  Cooney Heating and Air Conditioning is truly exceptional. My husband and I just had a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner installed. From start to finish, their service is professional, thorough, and customer-focused. All the technicians that helped with install were extremely polite and qualified individuals. Rhonda Dudley, their sales representative, was the highlight of the experience- she is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to ensure every question is answered and every concern is addressed. Her expertise and calm approach made the entire process go smoothly.

  The technician that came today was very nice. He put covers on his shoes,was polite. He fixed what another technician had broken and CONFIRMED that it was an exhaust pipe on the furnace admitting CO2 into my home.

  Service tech spent the time to thoroughly test our system to find the problems, make repairs and check that it was back to working okay. He explained what the problems were and performed additional tests to identify possible future problems.
