  The salesperson was great. He provided the products we requested and has been very responsive throughout the process. The quality of the windows is what we expected also. The installation team were courteous, but did not clean up after themselves. There was debris inside the house wherever they were working, there were many nails on our deck, and pieces of siding and caulk were left in all work areas. This was the fourth installation by Comfort at our home and the service was by far the most deficient thus far

  It was a pleasure to deal with the entire team from Sales to the installation crew. Everyone did exactly what they promised to do.Installers Dan Suitak and Austin Williams showed up when they scheduled to show up cleaned the work area behind them. I would very much recommend comfort windows and if I have another project, it’ll be my first call.

  We had doors, windows, and siding installed by Comfort. Steve the project manager for the siding was easy to work with and responded quickly to our calls and texts about concerns. A special thank you to Steve and Jacob the siding crew. They did an excellent job. Steve was professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end results. John the project manager for the doors and windows handled all our issues effectively and quickly.

  Couldn’t be happier with my fantastic work crew that came out to put my front door project altogether today. Beautiful work gentlemen! Very satisfied customer. These guys show up on time, work diligently, they work clean and above all they make sure the customer is satisfied. Very professional and outstanding communication as the project unfolds. This was one of my better decisions in life! Thank you Comfort Windows….. What a great decision I made calling them!

  UPDATE: Comfort sent out a team to address these issues and the difference was night and day. Corey and Chris were very helpful with making sure our concerns were heard and addressed. Comfort sent out Steve and Chris to do the fix up work and they were clean, professional, and courteous. Words don't do it justice -- just look at the before and after photos!! Thank you Comfort for making things right. Our project consisted of replacing 5 basement windows and 1 patio door and our install crew was a 2-man team except on the first day where someone else came by to help. The pros: The team was easy to talk to and quiet as they can be while working. They tried to clean up their work areas and were courteous when asked to address issues. All around nice guys. The not so great parts: The overall quality of the installation was maybe a 3/5. When we checked up on the install on day 2, we found many un-caulked areas and generally messy caulking. We pointed this out to the foreman and asked him to go around and touch up the spots before we check in again. However, he wanted us to point out individually the areas that needed fixing. While understandable, this is not a good reflection on one’s workmanship. Even after we did what we can in pointing out the issues, the finished product still has areas with messy caulking and stains around the trim but we were told to just sand and paint over them ourselves. With so many positive reviews, we were expecting a polished and refined end product but were left disappointed. We did our best to communicate our concerns with the install crew; but we are less than satisfied with the finished product. If a quality assurance personnel would like to come reinspect the install and have another team come fix up the work, we would work with Comfort on that.
