Really disappointed with the storm door installation. After the first good rain, I noticed water getting inside around the door. Service found gaps that needed to be corrected, but getting the parts and another appointment took way longer than expected. I’ve already had to rearrange my schedule twice for this. Frustrating experience!

The installers finished around 3:30 PM, and I didn't notice until later that one of the new window frames had a deep scratch on the inside edge. I reported it the same day, but getting a response took much longer than expected. It was frustrating to receive a brand-new installation with visible damage.

We contracted with Comfort Windows & Bath a couple of years ago for a few services. We paid thousands of dollars for a new shower installation in one bathroom and 11 new windows throughout the house.
Where do I start with the issues.
First we had a leak in our ceiling from the shower installation. They fixed it. Then we heard all kinds of creaking noises when anyone took a shower. We found out the subfloor was never done correctly and that’s why we had a leak in the first place. They had to rip out the entire shower and put a new one in. While they were doing that one of the workers actually went through the floor into our downstairs hallway. We had a giant hole in our hallway ceiling .
After a week of getting a new shower put in and a new ceiling put into our hallway we found out the shower door was installed incorrectly and was loose. Somebody came to fix it.
We’ve had an issue with a broken screen in our kitchen because of a cheaply made spring system and have been trying to get a replacement screen for the last six months. Finally got a text that the screen came in ( we had to pay for the replacenent screen) . I had to drive from Jordan to custom windows to pick up the screen ….and it’s the wrong size and model. I mean, is it really so hard to look at our receipt and see what we had installed in our kitchen window? So now we start again with trying to get the screen replaced and my husband is now going to have to drive back with the old screen and the incorrect new screen so he can show them what we did. We live in Jordan so it’s an hour round trip. Do you think they would even offer to deliver it here. Nope! Will I ever get The correct replacement screen? It’s anyone’s guess.
I can’t take it anymore. This was the straw that broke the camels back. I did sales training, Customer Service training and leadership training for 35 years for large financial firms in Manhattan. I’m retired but if but if I ever do consulting, I will use custom windows and baths as my ‘what not to do’ company.
