  For the past five years, I have consistently utilized CNY paving for all of my projects. Their exceptional service extends beyond the scheduling department, where they demonstrate remarkable efficiency and promptness. Furthermore, the dedication and hard work of their employees are truly commendable. I am confident that I will continue to rely on CNY paving for all of my future projects. I extend my sincere gratitude to everyone involved for their unwavering positivity and professionalism, regardless of the weather conditions.

  When we had CNY Sealing and Paving create a patio for us in 2011, it turned out great (see first image showing patio after I added the steps). When we sold the house 5 years later, it still looked great. The finish and surface held up beautifully. When we were ready to create a patio at our new house in 2021, I thought of CNY Sealing and Paving as a trusted contractor. I don't know what changed, but it was very disappointing. The team was friendly and polite, and the cost of a compass rose inlay that was broken during install was refunded to me. The patio looked okay initially. The 1st patio image at the green house is showing right after completion, prior to me doing the landscaping. That was in July of 2021. Fast forward to today. The patio is severely faded and pitted. There's even a structural crack that extends from one side to the door. It's just under 5 years old. This is not a high traffic area. It only gets direct sun in the afternoon. I seal my stampcrete every few years. In short, I've never seen concrete deteriorate so rapidly. Perhaps there were other extenuating factors affecting the company in the Summer of '21, but it certainly leaves me hesitant to want to do business with them again.

  Got our driveway paved by them in September 2025, which turned out great. However, we have run into nonstop issues related to burying two downspouts as part of the job. During the estimate phase we decided on burying two downspouts by the garage and running them towards the back of the house. When they did the work, they ended up running them sideways to the property line I share with a neighbor, which is against town code. They also tore up far more of my yard than I thought was needed. Once I realized the downspouts were buried in the incorrect location, I reached out to get them fixed. After some calls and emails back and forth, they came back out to fix them. Once completed, the guy on the job said he'd be back on a few days to throw grass seed down on the new parts of the lawn torn up. He never showed backup to do this. And now in the spring after the freeze/thaw, the buried pipe is sticking out of the ground in various spots because the pipe was not buried deep enough. I would recommend them for driveway work but absolutely not for any drainage related work.
