  ​We hired this company a few years ago to install our asphalt driveway. Initially, everything was great—they had quick response times and good communication. However, as soon as they received our 50% deposit, it was like a light switch flipped. Communication became incredibly difficult, with dozens of emails back and forth and frequent periods of radio silence. We were told we "fell through the cracks" and were forced to wait until the following spring season to get the driveway installed—and that only happened because I constantly followed up. When I finally demanded my deposit back, one of the owners finally called me to get the ball rolling. ​Fast forward a few years: as part of the installation, they put in a culvert pipe. It turns out they did not bury the pipe deep enough, and it is now cracking through the asphalt surface. I had another paving professional inspect it, and they confirmed it was a poor installation. ​Over the last few weeks, I have called this company four times. Every time, I am told someone will come out to look at it and call me back. During my last call, the receptionist became quite rude when I told her I didn't have faith they would actually follow up. Sure enough, no one has reached out. I paid over $10,000 expecting a professional job from a legitimate company, and instead, I'm left with damaged asphalt and zero customer service. Buyer beware

  I cannot recommend CNY Sealing enough! From the moment I first reached out, their office set them apart from every other paving company in the Syracuse area. The staff in the office was incredibly organized, accommodating, and promptly answered all my questions. The crew that came out was just as impressive—fast, tidy, and detail-oriented. My driveway looks pristine, and it's rare to find local contractors who deliver both top-notch work and genuinely exceptional customer service. 5 stars all the way!

  I would like to share that CNY Sealing was first class all the way! When I called the office, right from the start, Erica and Lisa treated me with respect, importance and made me feel that they truly cared about my request. Erica scheduled me right away and kept in touch with me on the exact date for the crew to perform their work. The crew was outstanding! First class, clean, neat, and they all took pride in their work. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend CNY Sealing. I will let everyone know who hears me!
