I can't say enough about how great the communication was. There are certain things we were sure of and others we weren't so sure of. Ian "put up with us" every step of the way with every little question (there were many) and/or changes. He was patient until we were sure of what we wanted and what we had custom designed (gates). Ian and his crew worked hard and fast and I had the chain link gone and new vinyl fencing up in 2 days! I am thrilled with my new fence! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience working with Ian! From the very beginning, he was responsive, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process. When we were unsure about which style to choose, he even dropped off samples so we could see our options in person, which made the decision much easier.
The installation crew was fantastic—quick, respectful, and incredibly efficient. They worked hard, paid attention to detail, and left everything clean when they were finished. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority. We couldn't be happier with our new fence, our toddler can now run around safely, and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and great people to work with!

This was the first job I’ve had to hire out as a home owner so I was a little nervous about what to expect. Ian made the whole process as easy as possible for me. He answered all of my questions and helped guide me through each step. The day the project started there was an impromptu change in plans. He was all for the new ideas and quickly adjusted. His team works fast with nothing but absolute precision and attention to detail. I could not be happier with my new fence and cannot wait to give the Big and Tall name to whoever needs work done!

I am literally thrilled that I chose Big & Tall Fence. Ian is an amazing person and I feel it is important to say he doesn’t only build fences but is also a pharmacist. As a fellow pharmacist, that one fact alone put me so at ease. I knew I could rely on his attention to detail, commitment to do it right and make sure everything visually looked perfect. He worked with me back and forth to find an almost exact match for my existing pool fence (not made anymore) and then installed it meticulously. The transitions where the new fence meets the old fence were done so well and everything is exactly what I was looking for. He even worked with me on changing out the gate hardware after the install because my kids figured out how to open the gates in 10 minutes flat. The red lines in my pictures indicate my existing fence/deck and the rest is the new fence. Thank you Ian & crew, it was a pleasure to work with you.
